Mobile phones are available to almost everyone in today's society. Mobile phones are not just communication tools, but more like a way of life, almost the whole of life. Nowadays, it is okay to go out without a wallet, but it is almost impossible to move forward without a mobile phone. Just imagine, if we accidentally lose or stolen your phone, it will be a very terrifying thing, and it will even cause huge economic losses and the consequences will be unbearable.
So, mobile phone security is the most important thing. How to ensure the safety of the mobile phone? The author will introduce the following methods to set up mobile phone security, preventing problems before they happen. Even if the phone is lost, you will not lose anything. Others cannot open and use your phone. You will only lose one phone at most. If you find it in time, you may be able to retrieve the phone. The mobile phone security settings are as follows:
1. Security settings 1: Lock screen
There are three ways to lock the screen of a mobile phone, namely "fingerprint", "face recognition", and "lock screen password"; only by entering the "fingerprint" or "face recognition" and "lock screen password" that have been set (or entered) can you open the mobile phone.
1. "Fingerprint" setting
Open the phone, click "Settings", "Security and Privacy", "Fingerprint", "Fingerprint Management", and "New Fingerprint" in turn and follow the page prompts, as shown below:
2. "Face Recognition" setting
Open the phone, click "Settings", "Security and Privacy", and "Face Recognition" in turn and follow the page prompts, as shown below:
Note: Face Recognition has certain security risks. Your phone may be unlocked by someone who looks similar to you or objects with similar appearance to you. Please fully read the disclaimer before use. Therefore, the author does not recommend using the "face recognition" function, and setting "fingerprint" and "password" is enough.
3. "Lock Screen Password" setting
Open the phone, click "Settings", "Security and Privacy", and "Lock Screen Password" in turn and follow the prompts on the page, as shown in the figure below:
2. Security Settings 2: Mobile SIM card lock
Each SIM card can be set, that is, a personal identification code (PIN code); it is set by the user and can be changed at any time; only when the user enters the correct password, the mobile phone can enter the normal use state; if the wrong password is entered three times in a row, the mobile phone will lock the SIM card. To unlock, you must bring your ID card and other relevant information, and take your phone to the local wireless business hall to unlock or report it.
So, even if the phone is lost (or stolen), others will not be able to use your SIM card without knowing your PIN code. The method of setting the SIM card password is:
. Open the phone and click "Settings", "Security and Privacy", "More Security Settings", "Encryption and Credentials", "Set Card 1 Lock", "Modify SIM Card PIN Code", first enter the old code, then enter the new code, and finally "OK".
By the above two steps of security settings, the mobile phone will be safe, even if the mobile phone is lost or stolen, at most, the mobile phone should not be just like it. It does not involve economic losses. The funds in the accounts such as "WeChat", " Alipay ", and "bank card" in the mobile phone are safe.
