After announcing the iMac M1 earlier this year, Apple confirmed that only some colors can be demonstrated and purchased in Apple Store retail stores around the world. However, it seems that the company will eventually provide customers with all iMac colors in the physical store starting next week.
This report comes from Bloomberg’s Mark Gullman, who just shared a small tweet about Apple on his Twitter event. While we are all waiting for iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7, Gurman is also looking forward to some news on the Mac.
Apple is unlikely to launch any new Mac models at the event, but Gurman claims that the company will provide all 24-inch iMac M1 colors in retail stores starting September 14.
The new iMac M1 is available in seven colors: green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue and silver. However, the orange, yellow and purple models can only be purchased through the Apple Store online store. According to Gurman, starting next week, these three colors will also be available in Apple Store retail stores, so customers will be able to see and buy them there instead of ordering online.
