On October 24, the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security released the news of the appointment and removal of state staff from the State Council, mentioning that Ye Min was removed from his post as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and Director of the National Nuclear Safety Administration.
Public information shows that Ye Min, Han nationality , was born in July 21965, from Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, with a master of engineering. Member of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
1991, Ye Min successively completed his undergraduate studies at Tsinghua University and and Chinese Academy of Atomic Energy Sciences. He then worked in the former National Environmental Protection Administration, the former National Environmental Protection Administration, National Environmental Protection Administration, , the former Ministry of Environmental Protection , and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
During this period, Ye Min served as the former director of the Radiation Source Safety Supervision Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the former director of the Administrative System and Personnel Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. In February 2021, he took office as the deputy minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and director of the State Nuclear Safety Administration, and he has taken office as the first to take office.

The above 12 people are all members of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. In terms of age, there are five "post-65s", is Ye Min, Chi Yaoyun, Wang Lujin, Qu Jishan and Gong Tanghua. The youngest is Wang Lujin, who was born in October 1968.
Judging from work history, Zhang Rongshun, Huang Liangbo, Gao Bo, Fu Mingxian, Wang Lujin, Liao Xiyuan and others are working in the discipline inspection and supervision system for the first time, and the rest have experience in discipline inspection and supervision work.
