charging mode
1) PHEV charging
First, let me talk about PHEV, this car is driven by me, because it has a range of 63km (It took two years to show 61km at present). I shuttle Yanyan from the city to Hongqiao every day, and then go to work. The return journey is repeated, and the actual distance per time is about 40 kilometers. Therefore, it is generally charged once at home and once at company. Cost: The actual bill is about 7-8kwh. It is calculated at 3 gross/kwh at home, and 1 yuan/kwh at the company. The cost of 80 kilometers per day is 10 yuan.
charging experience:
1.1) Mode 2 mobile charging box charging-at home, because the entire community has no conditions to install charging piles, the method adopted is to buy a dedicated cable, which is connected from the household power supply, and adopts the mode Charging in the second way, the charging current is AC 13A, the charging power is about 1.7kW, and it takes 4-5 hours to charge each time under a single use of 7kwh.
1.2) Mode 3 AC charging pile charging-In the company's special pile, you must scan the code or swipe your card every time. Sometimes there are some problems with the maintenance of the AC pile, and you need to try a few more parking spaces. Mode 3 is also used in my hometown, but it is more convenient than this, because I ask friends to buy a special charging pile, the charging current is 32A, the charging power is 3.3kW, and the speed is relatively fast.
In fact, for PHEV, charging is a measure to increase the economy of the vehicle. Thanks to charging, driving costs can be reduced. However, for external charging, one needs to try to choose a place, and there is a lot of randomness. Sex. In the case of using oil, my current monthly pure electric mileage is between 85%-95%.
2) Charging of BEV P7
At present, Yanyan's pure electric P7 has not yet completed the official license, mainly because it has been used several times on long distances (over 100 kilometers) on weekends. Here we can first introduce this background, which is different from the situation of plug-in vehicles. The 70kwh battery is equipped with a 7-11kW charger. There are currently three charging methods tried:
2.1) Mode 2-mobile charging box charging This method does not seem to work at present. Due to the long charging time, the continuous 13A has a great impact on non-dedicated sockets and plugs, which is mainly manifested in very hot hands-this is still outdoors in winter. The large-capacity pure electric adopts the mode 2 method. Because the original wiring system is inappropriate, this old grandma charging mode can no longer be used.
2.2) Mode 3-AC charging pile charging In my hometown, AC charging piles are used for charging. The problem with PHEV is that large-capacity BEVs generally use 6.6kW chargers. This car uses the previous line and has an air switch The phenomenon of tripping. This problem was later solved by changing the switch.
2.3) Mode 4-DC fast charge charging P7 has a selling point that this car is given a free charging quota of 3000kwh (it should be exclusive to the charging station of Xiaopeng Automobile), and there are more charging points to check through APP More convenient. There is a charging facility just 900 meters away from the door. When the distance is right, this is a better choice for a one-time recharge of pure electric vehicles with long mileage. Of course, overall, Xiaopeng currently has a good number of charging stations in Shanghai (found near my home and near Hongqiao), but there are relatively few charging piles at each station (Hongqiao here is about 10 per station for you) , And the recent P7 sales are good. I am a little worried about the crowding problem at each charging point. A row of P7 charging here will be more difficult to reverse.
From the current point of view, with the hot sales of electric vehicles this year, in terms of investment in charging infrastructure, the domestic accelerated expansion of public charging piles at the end of last year increased by 112,000 compared with the previous month (a year-on-year increase of 56.3. %). With the increase in private charging demand, various charging operators have increased the investment and access of public charging piles, with a significant increase. As of December 2020, there are 807,000 public charging piles in China, of which 498,000 are AC charging piles (this part is mainly used for destination charging and can be parked for long-term charging), and 309,000 DC charging piles (this part is mainly As a supplement for no charging pile at home).
can be maintained from the perspective of maintenance,The mode of fast charging 1-2 times a week to meet the demand will definitely become the mainstream in old urban communities. As some of the new residential parking lots have run out of electrical loads, this model will become an inevitable choice for pure electric car owners.

Some charging details of P7
1) Selection of charging map when driving outside
I am out of the house, currently mainly relying on two parts to choose the charging pile, one is in the APP Forecasting to find charging facilities based on the expected location is a bit like a planned choice. Check before you go.
One is to choose the parking location according to the charging demand to solve the problem (display the charging station that can be searched near the current map, click to select the charging station to go, and the system starts to navigate).
2) Design of charging ports
P7’s design charging ports are all electric. The DC charging port is located on the left side of the vehicle, and the AC charging port is located on the right side of the vehicle. There are several ways to open it. Dad uses a physical key, which is turned on by double-clicking the button (the left side is the slow charging port, and the right side is the fast charging port). Before getting off the bus, you can also call "Hello, little P" through the voice system to turn it on. Another way is to distribute the bluetooth key of the mobile phone (this is now installed on every mobile phone), after clicking on the Xiaopeng car APP, it will automatically turn on.
Summary: Looking at it now, the use of plug-in vehicles is mainly based on the charging strategy, which is actually different.
