1. Out-of-cycle technologies/devices are included in the calculation of fuel consumption
in 2020 In the calculation of annual corporate average fuel consumption points, the fuel consumption of models that are standard equipped with idling start-stop systems, brake energy recovery systems, and shift reminders can be reduced or exempted by a certain amount (accumulative).
(1) The idle start-stop system refers to when the vehicle is about to stop or the vehicle is stopped and the engine is in an idle state,A system that can automatically shut down the engine and restart the engine according to the driver's operation or vehicle demand. The fuel consumption reduction allowance for models equipped with this system is 0.15 liters/100 kilometers.
(2) The braking energy recovery system refers to the conversion or partial conversion of the kinetic energy and potential energy of the vehicle into the energy storage of the on-board rechargeable energy storage system (REESS) when the vehicle is coasting, decelerating or downhill, and A system that can provide auxiliary electric energy for the power output of the entire vehicle. For vehicles with a braking energy recovery system and a REESS nominal voltage level of 12 volts, the fuel consumption calculation deduction quota is 0.05 liters/100 km; for vehicles with a nominal voltage level of more than 12 volts, the fuel consumption calculation deduction quota is 0.15L/100km.
(3) Shift reminder device refers to a device that is installed in a manual transmission vehicle that can remind the driver to adjust driving operations (shift and/or acceleration and deceleration) in real time and intuitively to reduce fuel consumption in actual driving. The fuel consumption allowance for models equipped with this device is 0.1 liters/100 kilometers.
2. The negative points for new energy vehicles generated by the company in 2020 can be compensated by the positive points for new energy vehicles generated in 2021.
3. For passenger car companies registered in Hubei Province, the average fuel consumption negative points and new energy vehicle negative points generated in 2020 will be reduced by 80%.
