Among them, the intelligent programmable unmanned driving independently developed and manufactured by Taichung has completed the coordinated cooperation of central control system , realizing unmanned operation in lifting, transportation, stacking and other links. The performance of the whole machine has reached the advanced level of similar domestic models, opening up a key link in the intelligent upgrade and transformation of Taichung's intelligent high-end equipment industrial park.
Cutting Center is one of the most intelligent workshops in the park. Three intelligent program-controlled unmanned driving vehicles, such as three giant dragons lying across the top of the factory, running in program control mode, including driving control, task scheduling, steel plate visual recognition, and intelligent remote terminals, which can effectively coordinate the workshop's intelligent warehousing management, production scheduling , and the automatic operation rate is as high as 99%. At the same time, the three driving vehicles are equipped with high-precision positioning control systems, using mechanical and electrical dual-insurance anti-shaking technology to verify the accuracy of the positioning system in real time, improve the safety, stability and reliability of the automatic operation system, laying a solid foundation for the unmanned transportation of steel plates and the joint debugging and testing of for the entire production line.
