GB/T 20887.4-2022 English version High-strength hot continuous rolling steel plate and steel strip Part 4: Phase change-induced plastic steel
Our company provides the standard English version.
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grade representation methods, ordering content, size, appearance, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings and quality certificates for automotive high-strength hot rolling phase change-induced plastic steel plates and steel strips.
This document applies to hot-rolled phase-change-induced plastic steel strips with a thickness of not more than 6.0 mm, and steel plates cut across the cross and longitudinally cut longitudinally cut steel strips (hereinafter referred to as "steel plates and steel strips").

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
phase change-induced plasticity steel transformation induced plasticity steel 6 microstructure is mainly ferrite , bainite and residual austenite. During the forming process, the residual austenite can be transformed into steel with martensite structure.
Note: Phase change-induced plastic steel has high work hardening rate, uniform elongation and tensile strength .
4 Classification and Grade Representation Method
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 Steel plates and steel strips are divided into:
a) hot-rolled surface;
b) hot-rolled pickled surface. When the surface state is a hot-rolled pickled surface, it is represented by the code "P".
4.1.2 Steel plates and steel strips are divided into:
a) ordinary grade surface (FA);
b) higher-grade surface (FB) according to surface quality.
4.2 Grade representation method
The grade of steel plate and steel strip consists of three parts: the first letter "HR" of hot-rolled English "Hot Rolled", the value of the specified minimum yield strength /the value of the specified minimum tensile strength, and the first two letters "TR" of the phase change English "Transformation".
example: HR400/590TR
HR - the first letter of hot rolled English "Hot Rolled";
