A few days ago, Driving Vision learned from the official website of Citroën that its compact SUV, Tianyi C5 AIRCROSS, has officially started pre-sale tonight. A total of 3 models of the new car have been launched, with the pre-sale price ranging from 157,700 to 231,700 yuan. The new car is named "Tianyi BEYOND" and has been slightly upgraded in terms of appearance, interior, configuration and other aspects.
In terms of appearance, the new car is synchronized with the overseas version and continues the design language of the current model. The front face adopts the latest family iconic design. The array-type closed grille and the penetrating light strip make it more recognizable and more fashionable. In terms of body size, the length/width/height of the new car are 4510/1860/1750mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2730mm.
In terms of interior, the new car will be equipped with a full LCD instrument panel and new color-matched seats, and will be equipped with a 12-inch floating central control LCD screen to ensure a sense of technology in the car. At the same time, it will be upgraded to the same car-machine system as the Versailles C5 X, which will be greatly improved in terms of functionality and interconnection. In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with three powertrains: 1.6T, 1.8T and PHEV. The 1.6T (360THP) version has a maximum power of 129 kW and a maximum torque of 250 N·m; the 1.8T (400THP) version has a maximum power of 155 kW. The maximum torque is 300 N·m, and the transmission system is matched with an 8-speed automatic manual gearbox; while the PHEV model has a comprehensive maximum power of 221 kW and a peak torque of 520 N·m.
