In the Chinese market, Porsche (China) Auto Sales Co., Ltd. recently filed a vehicle recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation to recall a total of 6,172 Taycan models in the Chinese market. The reason for the recall is due to a problem with the seat wiring harness. .
According to a report submitted by Porsche, during the longitudinal adjustment process of the front driver's and passenger's side seats of some vehicles in this recall, the fabric sheath of the seat harness may become entangled in the drive shaft of the seat adjuster, causing The seat harness is damaged, posing a safety hazard.
In addition to the above-mentioned recalls, in May, Taycan also filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation, involving 6,072 vehicles. The reason for the recall is that during the production process of some vehicles, the rear seat belt buckle wiring harness may not be wired correctly, which may interfere with the fixed lock rod in the ISOFIX fixing hole on the right rear seat, posing a safety hazard.
