On May 1st, the most easily congested sections of the national expressway were mainly the S20 Outer Ring Expressway Shanghai section, with a congestion delay index of 17.4 during the day and an average speed of about 5 km/h; followed by G1503Shanghai Ring ExpresswayShanghai Section and G4221 Huwu Expressway Suzhou Section.
