There is a story in "The Biography of Buddha" where the Buddha met Moluo under the Bodhi tree. But the Buddha refused and said, "I will only fall deeper and deeper in the struggle with these things and enter the illusory cycle of reincarnation."

" Buddha " has a story in " Buddha " where Buddha met Moluo under the Bodhi tree. Morrow said that Buddha could not escape. Because arrogance, anger, vanity, greed, and fantasy are all his weapons. Let the Buddha fight with him.

But the Buddha refused and said, "I will only fall deeper and deeper in the struggle against these things, and then enter the illusory cycle of reincarnation." If you want to be liberated, don't fight, because there is no desire to touch, no illusion to trap, no love to restrain, no anger to entangle.

Arrogance, anger, vanity, greed, and fantasy are inherently illusory. I don’t know when I will come or when I will go. If you want to fight them, you will get deeper and deeper.

I think I should have a special feeling for friends who are forced to think. You will find that the more you want to eliminate and fight those emotions and thoughts, the harder it will be to get rid of it. and the ending ends in failure. But as long as you stop fighting, go to work or do other things, it is strange that those thinking and ideas will disappear. Or even if you come, you will pass in a while.

This is why the Buddha said, I won’t fight. Because that will only make him fall into his previous habits again and cannot extricate himself.

How can I get rid of it if I don’t fight? : Don’t fight is relief. is the same as the example of forced thinking I mentioned above. If you don’t bother with it, those forced things will not be entangled with you. The more you get entangled, the more he gets entangled with you.

because there isn't! " Diamond Sutra " says: "All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows, like dew and lightning." Like dreams, like electricity. It seems to be there, but in fact it is not in the fundamental sense. So you don't have to worry about it at all. If you say you have to worry about it, it means you are still dreaming and have not woken up yet.

For example, the previous example of forced thinking. Does this obsessive-compulsive disorder exist in itself? If it exists itself, why can't it be as visible as a medical disease? For example, cancer, we can find the corresponding coronavirus in the human body. But facing coercion. But we cannot find a so-called forced virus in the human body. So how can you say that obsessive-compulsive disorder exists?

But if compulsion does not exist, then the symptoms and the pain experienced by the patient are very real. So it seems that there is indeed something in it.

so you can't say there or nothing. Just like dreams and electricity. Can't catch it, but it's useful.

(It is recommended that patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder read two books "Perfect Obsessive-compulsive disorder" and "Emotional Self-help".)

In fact, the real trouble lies not in the symptoms themselves, but in our wrong perception. Just like a person always regards shadow as an enemy and wants to fight shadow. is worried by this shadow all day long. Occasionally, in an environment without light, I can rest for a while, feeling that I have defeated the shadow, but after a while, I am anxious and have to fight again. Is this a shadow problem?

So, forced itself does not have it, it is illusory and unreal. It is because you are confused that you regard illusion as reality. The best way to get rid of illusion is not to fight, but to stop and not fight! Another term is called "silent observation".

is not a surprise, but the blame is defeated by itself.

is not true, it is not true.

see the root of things clearly, where can there be an obsessive-compulsive disorder to be eliminated. All they say are scammers.
