Gilong, Tibet, is a magical place.
"Vajra Prophet Sutra" records: Ananda Ask Buddha Shakyamuni: "After the World-Honored One, it is like darkness, how can great compassion be born?" The Buddha gave the prophecy: "When I was nirvana, it was eight hundred years later, in the northwest of Wuzhanna, Danajuzha Lake, and in the heart of the lotus flower, a holy boy was born." In the eighth century, Master Padmasambhava, the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, was born. Tibetan King Chisong Dezan admired his knowledge and demeanor, and went to Nepal many times to invite him to Tibet to teach Buddhism. Padmasambhava was moved by his sincerity and decided to be invited to enter the snowy wasteland to save all living beings. On the way from Nepal to Lhasa, Padmasambhava and his group passed by a valley, and saw that the mountains and rivers were beautiful and beautiful. He liked them very much and named them: Jilong. Tibetan means a comfortable and happy village.
has been to Jilong three times. The first time in 2012, I passed by a pass and carved the four Chinese characters "Zhuo Pi Barrier" on a stone wall. It records that Gurkha invaded Tibet twice in 1788 and 1791 on the grounds that Tibet's commercial tax increase and salt mixed with soil. Occupy Jilong, attack Shigatse , approaching Lhasa. Emperor Qianlong was furious and appointed General Fukang'an and the counselor Hailancha to lead six armies to Tibet through Qinghai to challenge. The four words "recruiting barriers" are the Qing army's troops returning to the court, passing through passes, and the soldiers following the army engraved them to commemorate the great victory.
The second time was the Great Earthquake in Nepal, which affected the Jilong area. I braved my aftershock and rushed here from Zhangmu and Nielamu for an interview overnight, and rushed to Lhasa at 10 o'clock the next day. At that time, Pubu Tseren, who was delivering oil in Jilong, led me through the Jeep Grand Canyon to his home that was destroyed by the earthquake. Jeep Grand Canyon is 15 kilometers long. The water flows in the valley is turbulent, the sound of water is like thunder, the mountains on both sides are lined up, and ancient trees are towering. There is a suspension bridge in Jeep Canyon. It was built in 2006 by an international organization and actually and instructed by an Swiss female designer. The bridge deck is 1.5 meters wide, 60 meters long and more than 250 meters high. I have , hypertension, and terrified. If Pubu Tseren hadn't pulled me, I wouldn't have dared to walk over.
The third time was in 2015 when interviewing my country to assist Nepal in gasoline. In addition to work, I experienced the mountains and rivers of Jilong. In Jilong, the most eye-catching thing is that high mountain, where the top of the mountain often floats like a torch. Pubu Tsering said that it is called "Riwu Banba", which means Torch Peak.
On the other side, there is a mountain that looks like a beautiful woman lying on her back, with long fluttering hair and very obvious facial features. The locals call it "Beauty Peak". One day before dawn, I went out to take pictures and found that when the sun came out, it did not shine on the highest "Torch Peak", but on the face of the "Beauty Peak", with the favor of golden sunshine. No wonder this mountain became more and more beautiful. Not far from the "Beautiful Peak", it is "Jiu Nigu Mountain". I counted it and there were indeed nine peaks on the mountain. Is there a beautiful legend? The young Pubu Tsering said he didn't know, which made Jilong's mystery even more.
Once I saw a picture, there was a beautiful lake water, which rotated the photo 90 degrees. The reflection in the water and the scenery on the shore formed a magical picture. It turned out to be a Bodhisattva with a solemn appearance. I heard from the locals that this lake is on the mountain and the road is very difficult to walk on, so I had to give up.
