The temple as a whole faces south, with an inverted "L" shape in plan, and is divided into three areas: the main hall area, Guanyin Square, and Reclining Buddha Square. There are also four pagodas.

Guanyin Square is on the east side of the main hall area. The original 38-meter-high open-air Guanyin Bodhisattva was removed for some reason, leaving only the huge lotus seat. On the left side of the lotus seat are the Guanyin Hall and the Pagoda, and on the right side are the Pilu Hall, the Ksitigarbha Hall and the Patriarch Hall.

Reclining Buddha Square is on the east side of Guanyin Square. There is the Reclining Buddha Hall, the Life Release Pool, the Zhaitang and three pagodas. The dormitories surround the Reclining Buddha Hall.
