Dharma is not Sakyamuni. Sakyamuni is the Buddha, and his real name is Gautama Siddhartha . Gautama is just a surname, not a given name. Sakyamuni was active in BC (about 623 BC-543 BC) and was the founder of Buddhism. When Buddha preached Buddhist theory, it was only Theravada Buddhism .
Theravada Buddhism only focuses on the teachings of the Buddha and personal practice. It believes that Sakyamuni is only the teacher of his disciples, and he is also a human being, not a god. The Buddha also died after his death and did not become a Buddha.

Patriarch Bodhidharma, active in the Northern and Southern Dynasties (AD 420-589), went to China to preach and was the founder of Zen Buddhism in my country. In history, the two are historical figures from different eras, with a difference of about 1,000 years. In terms of time, the two are quite far apart.
The Buddhism taught by Bodhidharma is already Mahayana Buddhism . In Mahayana Buddhism, Sakyamuni Buddha is deified and considered to have supreme power. Besides, there are various Buddhas and Bodhisattvas under him (Bodhisattvas are actually mostly male, unlike in Journey to the West, Bodhisattva is female).
Moreover, Mahayana Buddhism advocates the universal salvation of all sentient beings, and later came the Sudden Enlightenment School (who does not reach the Western Paradise step by step through hard practice, but suddenly comprehends Buddhism, and can reach the other side Paradise ). Personally, I think this is as nonsense as if I don't want to work hard or work hard, I can become a millionaire.

Speaking of the Northern and Southern Dynasties, we have to mention Xiao Yan, Emperor Wu of the Liang Dynasty in the Southern Liang Dynasty. It is because of him that Chinese monks do not eat meat. Monks abroad are allowed to eat meat. Foreign monks can eat the "three pure meats", the meat of animals not killed by themselves, not killed by themselves, not killed by themselves, and not killed by themselves.
