When it comes to Buddhism, people may immediately think of - assassination, Qinglantern Ancient Buddha, clear rules and precepts, and doing good deeds... seems to have nothing to do with joy and joy, but we know: the key to learning Buddhism is not to do good but to enlightenment, because only a truly enlightened person can see the reality of this world clearly, namely - impermanence! bitter! The selfless is the four Dharma seals that are well known in Buddhism - , all actions are impermanent! All the leakages are painful! All dharmas have no self, , and a person who has seen the reality of this world can reach the realm of true eternal happiness, that is, the fourth Dharma Seal— Nirvana and Silence!
So . The real purpose of learning Buddhism and enlightenment is to escape from this shore of suffering and reach the other shore of eternal happiness, not to practice hard for hard practice;

So , The first thing we see when we enter the temple is not Daxiong. The palace is a palace with the Heavenly King with smiles and smiles Maitreya Buddha ;

So , we often see words like this on the way to climb a temple:
climb the Bodhi Road Have a happy heart;
So , we often see words like this on both sides of the temple gate:
Enter the Prajna Gate Have a happy heart;

So, The Heart Sutra begins with " Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva , practice deep Prajna Paramita , see that the five aggregates are empty, all sufferings and sufferings . " means that you have the wisdom of "emptiness", you can " all sufferings and sufferings l5", then without "all sufferings", you will naturally reach the joyful and free world of "Nirvana and Silence";

Therefore, " Diamond Sutra " says, " should not dwell on anything, but have a heart of his heart ." Isn't it just that we want to develop a joyful and free heart of " living in the present "?

So, " Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch " says " Leisure and quiet The Buddha is "empty and indifferent" ";
Therefore, Buddha said that "four immeasurable minds" are "compassion, joy and giving", and the four immeasurable minds are one mind, but they are just discussed from different perspectives;
compassion—bringing joy and happiness to yourself and others;
compassion—relieve the pain of yourself and others;
joy—make yourself and others like and joy;
give up—this joy, happiness, love flows to all sentient beings in the universe without boundaries and no distinction;
….

So, All this tells us that we study Buddhism, worship Buddha and worship Buddha in order to make us— open up wisdom, develop a truly joyful heart, and become a person who can often develop a joyful heart and live in the present;
So, Buddha warns us: Joy is Brahma!
