Friends who are familiar with various ancient books will hear stories from them, and there are many of them that have certain positive significance.
In ancient books, there have been two "Praises of Heaven and Man" in total, which is a supreme glory for monks.
There is no doubt that the first time was obtained by Buddha Shakyamuni. He moved the heavens when he held the "Prajna Dharma Assembly", so the gods and people in the heavens expressed their praise and protection in the form of "Rain Flower". So, who won this honor again?

Anyone who is familiar with Buddhist stories knows that outside of Sakyamuni, the person who has won the praise of Yuhua is Subhuti .
So, there are ten disciples in front of Sakyamuni, and each of them has outstanding abilities. Why is only Subhuti able to obtain this glory? This starts with Subhuti's life.
Later generations mentioned Subhuti, and generally respected him as "Subhuti Venerable". Among the ten major disciples, he ranked fourth. The brothers and sisters agreed that Subhuti's understanding of emptiness is unmatched, so he is called "the first to understand emptiness."
Before Subhuti became a monk, his name in the secular world was Kongsheng. According to legend, on the day of his birth, his parents discovered that something strange happened at home, that is, all the property in the home disappeared automatically.

This is undoubtedly a huge disaster for ordinary people. What’s more important is that the parents of Hunsheng are a little more afraid, thinking that this is a bad sign.
So Kongsheng's parents went to ask the local wise man, and the wise man told him that this is a very rare auspicious omen, and you don't have to be afraid. After returning home, Kongsheng was born.
: After his son grew up, he slowly showed a huge " empty appearance ". No matter how precious it was, it was no different from dirt in his eyes. Anyone who wanted to take it away could take it away. In less than a few years, Kongsheng's family was so poor that there were only a few houses left.

Later, after becoming a Buddha, Sakyamuni happened to pass by Kongsheng's hometown. Kongsheng felt happy after hearing the preaching of the Dharma, so he followed Sakyamuni to become a monk, with the Dharma name Subhuti.
After becoming a monk, Subhuti showed extraordinary emptiness from the beginning. No matter how huge the setbacks were suffered or how unreproached he was, he would not have a little resentment. Even Sakyamuni was very impressed.
Later, Subhuti had reached the Mahayana practice, so he went to a stone cave to meditate and practice meditation, and soon entered the state of emptiness samadhi.

This is very rare for practitioners, but Subhuti still sat there in meditation as if there was no change. However, the gods and men of the heavens were moved by him. In order to express their praise to him, the gods scattered the petals of the ceiling flowers in their hands around him, and the scene mentioned above appeared as "the rain flowers of heaven and man" was praised by the above.
The gods all shared their palms to Subhuti who had entered the Samadhi of Emptiness, praising his cultivation that he would surely achieve supreme reputation in the world. Because of emptiness of all dharmas, one can stay away from all troubles and desires in the world. This is a true practitioner.
It is precisely because of Subhuti's emptiness that moved the heavenly beings, and the power and virtue light emitted from his body also shines on the heavenly palace. From then on, although Subhuti was in the human world, he had obtained the qualification to receive offerings from heaven and man. According to the saying, Subhuti is best at degrading the Prajna Dharma, which often manifests the Samadhi of Emptiness in the unobstructed air to help the world get rid of the shackles of emotions.
It can be said that no matter whether it is the chaotic dark clouds and worries, or the unpredictable white clouds and cyan dogs, they can no longer shake Subhuti's mind.
And in the eyes of all the gods, the Venerable Subhuti who entered the Samadhi of Emptiness is already a great figure and can fully bear the offerings of smallpox. Therefore, the scattered petal rain is not only a praise from the heavens to Subhuti, but also a kind of respect and offering.

But this action of the gods finally disturbed Subhuti in the Samadhi of Emptiness, and immediately made a meditation and asked the gods why they did this. Because of such noble offerings and praises, only Buddha can bear it. Now I give it to me, which makes me feel terrified.
At this time, Indra explained to him that because you have entered the realm of emptiness samadhi and are also good at talking about Paramita , it is why we celestial people admire it.
Subhuti was still confused and said that he had not said half a word of Prajna to the heavenly people. Why do you understand it so much?
Indra continued to explain his doubts, saying that although you didn’t say it, we didn’t hear it, but it is this state of not speaking or listening that is the most rare Prajna.

Hearing this, Subhuti finally understood and smiled at Indra, no longer had any questions. At the same time, he also knew that Indra was the gods who practiced the emptiness method.
Later, Sakyamuni also heard about Subhuti’s praises by the rain flowers of heaven and man, and only said four words: emptiness is born with emptiness. The story of
also shows one truth: you should not be too paranoid about anything. If you can open it a little, you may have another gain.
