According to the teachings of our mentor Master Keats, we circled around Dajue Temple for many times, but we did not find "Taying Street". We once doubted the authenticity of our mentor's story. But we still conquered our hearts and first toured Dajue Temple with a book banner.

Master Fajue Jici said that Dajue Temple can also be said to be the Manjushri Temple. There is a story about Manjushri resting his feet and hiding relics. According to legend, Manjushri Bodhisattva preached in Mount Wutai. At that time, there was no spring water in the Wutai ravine, the mountains were not covered with green, the sky was rare and the earth was completely flew beasts. Manjushri Bodhisattva had the heart to save everyone and wanted to borrow the water of the East China Sea to eliminate the heat of Mount Wutai. Manjushri Bodhisattva came to the East China Sea and borrowed "cool stones" from the Dragon King. On the way back, he passed by the ancient Yidi City. He suddenly felt the gentle breeze blowing, the beautiful sun shining, and the Yingying State, hundreds of birds surrounded and the fragrance of flowers swelled, so he sat down and rested, thinking: Although this place is not a famous mountain and river, it is also a beautiful Buddhist destination, why not place relics in the soil to commemorate the Buddha's kindness and appreciate the beautiful scenery here. Then he chose the relics and chanted mantras. When the wind and sand rose, he buried the relics underground.

In the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, it was renamed Dajue Temple, and Hongqi Temple in Xiayi County, Henan Province, both belong to Zhu Yuanzhang . According to literary and historical experts, Dajue Temple was originally named Puzhao Temple, and was renamed Dajue Temple in the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty. The main hall was rebuilt in the 114th year of the Ming Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, the South Hall was built as the Heavenly King Hall in 1112, and later changed to the Guanyin Hall. The front hall was rebuilt in the fifth year of Kangxi. For more than 1,300 years, Dajue Temple and Haifeng Pagoda have silently witnessed the rise and fall of the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. According to experts, Dajue Temple has a history of more than 1,360 years and has extremely high cultural relics. In terms of architecture alone, the main building of Dajue Temple is magnificent and exquisite in craftsmanship. With the changes of history, it has become integrated with other buildings in the Qing Dynasty school. Now, on the original site of Dajue Temple, what people can appreciate is not only the Buddhist civilization since the prosperous Tang Dynasty, but also the official schools from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, Soviet-style buildings after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the footprints of history are clearly identifiable. The original tower was thirteenth. Due to the earthquake, the old tower was destroyed and the war was even more frequent, and it was difficult to repair. Therefore, with the approval of the superiors in 1957, the remaining tower was leveled and the foundation was sealed for protection. There was an underground palace under the foundation and relics were hidden, which added a little spiritual energy to the Dajue Temple.
