Through the lens, the new changes and new achievements have been made in the city's housing and urban-rural construction field since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the beautiful pictures of mountains and rivers, and the achievements of Chongqing in creating a high-quality livable land.

Work scope
focuses on the brilliant achievements made in key projects, urban infrastructure, rail transit, two rivers and four banks, old community renovation, beautiful rural construction, and the tremendous changes in people's production and life. It can be a completed project or a project under construction.

. The work fits the theme of this photography competition and is for recent creations.2. The work can be a single or group photo, with no limit on color or black and white photos; only electronic data submissions are received, and the submitted photography works are in JPG format; the work is not greater than 20MB, not less than 2MB; each group photo is at least 4 and up to 8 pictures, and no group photo layout pictures are required; computer creativity and works that change the original image are not required (the work can only be appropriately fine-tuned in cropping, brightness, contrast, and color saturation, and no post-processing such as synthesis, element addition, and large-scale color change).
3. The work must indicate "title + simple description + author + shooting time". For example, "XXX Tunnel Passing" + XXX Tunnel Passing officially Passing + XXX was taken on X-X, 2022.
4. The organizing committee does not charge any fees for entries, but has the right to use selected entries to edit albums, hold exhibitions and other related public welfare publicity activities. No additional remuneration will be paid, and all entries will not be refunded. The selection results and some works will be announced on the "Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Development" WeChat official account and the Upstream News APP.
5. All works that have won awards at national film festivals and film competitions are not allowed to participate in this competition. The author shall bear the legal responsibilities such as copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights and other legal responsibilities involved in the work. The organizer has the final right to interpret the entries for this photography event.
