It rained heavily on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Yangji, Miaozi Town, Qingzhou City, Shandong Province. China Scenic Area Photography Network Outdoor Photography Team once again visited the Shimen Spring Scenic Area, the photography creation base of China Scenic Area Photography Network, to continue their "cool summer trip and excitement in the water". Due to heavy rain in the weather forecast, it started to rain at around 8:00. When we arrived at Niujiangling , the rain became heavier and heavier. It can be said that it was pouring rain. The visibility was less than 10 meters. The water on the road was already very deep. For everyone's safety, please remind us. We don’t know the road conditions, so you can go back. However, when they arrived at the gathering place at Yangji Village Committee at 9:00, all participants arrived safely and on time despite the rain. There was also a heavy rain near Yangji Community, but it was about an hour earlier than in the city. It was already after the heavy rain when we gathered, and the air was fresh and refreshing! It adds to the freshness and fun of outdoor activities.

The activity was warmly received by Sun Wanshun, the general manager of the scenic spot. Mr. Sun said: "It's raining so hard that all the teachers came to Shimen Spring to collect the scenery. I am very touched. Thank you very much!". Welcome, drink tea, chat, busy and happy! A team of 20 people went to various attractions in the scenic area to collect photos. After the rain, the amount of water in the scenic area was obviously much larger, and the waterfalls were even more spectacular! The children had a great time, the teacher was happy to take pictures, there were many blockbusters, and the harvest was fruitful.

Lingshan Xiushui Shimen Spring is located in Yangji Village, Miaozi Town, Qingzhou. All the way upstream, the clear water flows along the valley to form countless waterfalls, large and small. The water flows into a waterfall, and the waterfall falls into a pool, which is really beautiful. The hillside beside the stream is dotted with wild flowers of various colors. Bees and butterflies dance freely among the flowers, and dragonflies fly in the water. Entering the Shimenquan Valley, the mountains on both sides are steep and green, with the loud sound of cicadas and a cool breeze. Halfway outside the valley, a clear spring gushes out from between the cliffs. The cliff formed by the entire boulder looks like a stone door, hence the name Shimen Spring. Take a glass of mountain spring water, it is clear and refreshing, and the heat will disappear.

On July 17 last year, the opening ceremony of Qingzhou City ’s first Southwest Mountain Happy Water Festival and the awarding ceremony of the China Scenic Area Photography Network’s “Beautiful Rural China Travel Internet Celebrity Photography Site” were held in the Shimen Spring Scenic Area in Yangji, Shandong. Holders of relevant certificates from the China Scenic Area Photography Network can enjoy free entry to the scenic area for photography.
