Call for submissions details
1. All photographers can submit (there is no limit to the number of submissions).
2. There is no time limit for the creation of works, either single or group photos, and each group photo is limited to 4-8 pieces.
3. The work must be based on the administrative division of Xibei Town, Wuxi City, and the specific shooting location can be specified. For works in which the shooting location is questionable, the contributor should go to the shooting location with a lawyer entrusted by the organizer. If it is determined after investigation that the work was shot within the designated geographical range, the relevant attorney fees, travel expenses, etc. shall be borne by the organizer; if it cannot be determined after investigation that the work was shot within For shooting within the designated geographical area, the legal fees, travel expenses, etc. will be borne by the contributor; if the contributor fails to cooperate with the investigation, the qualification of his or her work for inclusion in the exhibition will be directly cancelled.
4. The organizer will uniformly retrieve the large-size data files of the works to be exhibited after the selection (the highest format of JPG compressed file is recommended to be no less than 5MB). Contributors who have been notified by the organizer must submit large-size digital files (scans of negatives if shot on film) to the organizer within the specified time. Those who fail to submit after the deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
5. The exhibition implements a work publicity system. The selected works to be exhibited will be publicized on the official website of the exhibition - Quanshehui.com for a period of 7 days, and will be subject to social supervision during this period. After the expiration of the publicity period, China Photography Newspaper will publish a selection of the works participating in the exhibition, and Interphotography Network will announce the list of participating authors.
6. The organizer and organizer have the right to use the exhibited works for purposes related to this exhibition through reproduction, distribution, exhibition, screening, information network dissemination, compilation, etc. during the copyright period, and no remuneration will be paid.
7. Judges of the exhibition and their close relatives are prohibited from submitting submissions, and all qualifications will be canceled at any time if found.
8. Contributors should guarantee that they are the authors of the submitted works and have independent, complete, clear, and undisputed copyright rights to the entirety and components of the works; contributors should also guarantee that the submitted works do not infringe The legal rights and interests of third parties include copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc.
9. Works and behaviors that are harmful to public order and good morals will be immediately disqualified from the exhibition once discovered. "Works and behaviors that disrupt public order and good morals" include, but are not limited to, any situation that may seriously mislead the public, be fraudulent, and violate the law, morality, public order, or good customs.
10. Those who do not meet the requirements of this call for submissions will not be able to participate; those who have already entered the exhibition will be disqualified; the organizer has the right to withdraw the remuneration, honorary certificates, etc. of the work, and may notify it in the media.
11. There is no participation fee for this exhibition, no manuscripts will be returned, and storage media will not be returned. If the submitted work is damaged, lost, late or does not arrive during the mailing or sending process, the relevant losses and consequences will be borne by the contributor.
12. The right to interpret this call for papers belongs to the organizer. Anyone who submits a paper is deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this call for papers.
