The "The Most Beautiful Earth Mark" themed science popularization activity is based on the background of Earth Day on April 22, a themed science popularization activity jointly organized by multiple departments and institutions, and participated by all nature reserves. According to the requirements of the event, the Wanghu Wetland Management Bureau carefully organized and strictly selected the 5 most representative waterbirds species, geological and landform features, and natural landscape photography works, and recommended them to participate in the 6th "The Most Beautiful Earth Mark" Photography Contest . Through online voting, expert review and other aspects of the competition, Wanghu Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve stood out from many national nature reserves and 19 world geoparks in 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country, and won two awards in one fell swoop . Since Wanghu Wetland was included in the "List of Internationally Important Wetlands" in 2018, the Yangxin County Party Committee and County Government have attached great importance to wetland protection and restoration.
