No animal reproductive experiments have been conducted on desonide. Therefore, it has not been determined whether it will cause damage to the fetus or affect reproductive ability when pregnant women use desonide.

When systemic administration is given, corticosteroids will appear in breast milk, which may inhibit growth, interfere with the production of endogenous corticosteroids or cause other adverse effects.
