Morning inspection and meal activities are the most basic links in kindergarten’s daily life. In order to fully tap the educational value of children's daily life, cultivate children's self-service, self-management awareness and good living habits, and at the same time enhance the work standards of childcare personnel, and improve the quality of kindergarten education, Huaian Xin'an Preschool Education Group, based on the study of " Kindergarten Education Quality Assessment Guide ", carried out special observation and exchange activities for morning inspections and children's independent entry points on October 27 and 28.
Before observation, the group's logistics principal and health care teacher studied and interpreted the key indicators and inspection points of the "Guidelines for Quality Assessment of Kindergarten Care Education" and put forward their respective opinions and suggestions on the observation plan and details.
During the observation, every health care worker has standardized and enthusiastic morning examinations, and the children have a strong sense of active morning examinations. The second morning examination in the class can reflect age characteristics and autonomous management.
In the independent entry point, the regional planning of the kindergarten is reasonable, and there are rules and signs for children to enter the point independently in the environment. The preparations before meals are orderly, the three teachers have clear division of labor, reasonable positions, and standardized operation of childcare teachers. Children can participate independently from pre-meal preparation, during meal management to post-meal sorting and recording. The whole link is natural and smooth, and children have truly achieved independent management and self-service through independent entry.
This activity further enhanced the work standards of the childcare personnel, updated the educational concept of teachers using the course ideas to solve life problems, and improved the quality of childcare in the kindergarten.
