You can resolve things on your own, you can find your own steps when encountering embarrassing situations, you can solve major problems in a roundabout way, you can completely take care of all the big and small things in life, in short, you don’t accept death, don’t take advantage of others, and don’t push yourself to death. What should you do? Just do whatever you want to do.

Why do today’s children always respond when they are challenged? If they feel aggrieved, they either jump off a building or jump into a river to burn charcoal? It’s because the adversity quotient is too low.

Adverse quotient (AQ), emotional quotient (EQ), and intelligence quotient (IQ) are the three basic abilities of children. Reverse quotient is the most important, followed by emotional quotient and IQ.

Our current family and school education puts the cart before the horse and only focuses on IQ and performance, while ignoring adverse intelligence and emotional intelligence. How far do you think such children can go?

People who live well in life are not those who are very smart. I have seen too many people with high IQs living a miserable life. Not to mention cultivating themselves, managing their families, governing the country, and bringing peace to the world. They even cannot handle basic necessities, food, housing, and transportation. They cannot manage their personal hygiene, personal life, and personal emotions. How can they even talk about it? What else?

Those who have high reverse quotient and high emotional intelligence may not have graduated from college, but they are perseverant, have clear direction, handle interpersonal relationships properly, and live prosperous, fulfilling and happy lives.

According to education experts, children’s adverse intelligence and emotional intelligence are cultivated between the ages of 2 and 7.

I don’t understand such a specific and profound educational principle, but I understand a very literary saying - an unfortunate childhood needs to be cured throughout a lifetime; a happy childhood will cure a lifetime.
