1000 Day Writing Plan Day 276, Monday.
Today, I changed my pace and changed my running to hiking in the mountains, and it was a very slow and slow walking. After walking on the hill with a low altitude for more than 3 hours, accompanied by the meditation audio in the headphones, I put down my mind and became fully aware of the present. After reaching the top of the mountain, sit quietly for an hour and stay with yourself like this. It feels so good to settle for the present moment.
only does the most important things every day, which is actually a screening of one's own behavior and ignoring unnecessary things and unnecessary energy consumption. In life, if you keep injecting various data into your brain without forming your own core, our life will become a state of chaos, because if you always talk to others in , you will not have the chance to see yourself.
See yourself, for me, is the most important thing at the current stage.
In the cognitive class of Wu Bofan , there are two very important concepts: "positive data" and "negative data"
The so-called positive data is the obvious "what you see is what you get" data; negative data is "what you see is not what you get", which cannot be clearly turned into an indicator and does exist, and can influence our judgment and cognition.
Give an example of running:
I remember when I first started running, I paid special attention to my running data. I must open the running APP or watch to record it. Once I forgot to open it, it feels like a very loss. However, in fact, running is "you are running yourself", which is itself part of your life activities. So now running is just running as you like, without recording data.
App records how many kilometers it ran and how much time it took, which is positive data, and the body's feelings and reactions are negative data.
There are also standards for judging a person's excellent performance, work experience, assets, appearance, height, etc., which can all be seen from positive data, but the person's vision, pattern, and personality cannot be used with clear standards, which is reflected in negative data.
For personal growth, positive data looks superficial, while negative data is inherent. The way of thinking behind this is actually "what you have" and "what you are".
Sometimes, people will fall into a superficial growth fallacy, such as how many trainings they have participated, how many big names they have met, how many lists they have added to their address book, and how much wealth they have created. These are all positive data. However, when you calm down and think, you are actually very clear about how many social dinners are necessary? How many address book numbers have you never contacted for the second time? If there is no external so-called "result", can you still see the value of your existence?
In fact, everyone's positive data cannot be given up, but you must know how to use it reasonably. Negative data can help us truly grow, but it also requires the accumulation of time and the accumulation of positive data.
While walking like this, you sometimes think repeatedly in the concept of cognitive rationality, sometimes stop to be aware of the feelings of the body and emotions, observe the presence, and resolve the unconscious mode through the light of consciousness. Experience all the people, things, and things around you seriously, and accept everything that happens to you.
I think of a line of lyrics:
if you want your dream to be, take your time, go slowly...
