The gurgling stream water is sometimes in the mountains and sometimes in the fields; sometimes running around, sometimes lying quietly. Isn’t this the same in life!
Due to the epidemic and summer vacation, in a blink of an eye, I have been back from the city to my hometown for more than four months. Time flies like an arrow, the sun and the moon pass by, time passes so quickly!
During this period in my hometown, I left the noisy city and returned to pastoral life. No worries, no worries. It feels like jumping out of the three realms and not being in the five elements.
In addition to taking advantage of the cool time in the morning and evening to complete the task of walking ten thousand steps every day, it is to run the small vegetable garden in your own idle courtyard. Take care of your own flowers, plants and trees, and plant some seasonal vegetables. Cucumbers, cowpeas, chili, eggplant, loofah, etc. While experiencing life, enjoy the fun of labor. When you want to eat vegetables, pick some; if you can’t finish them, give them to your relatives and friends. No medicine or pollution, they are all pure natural green foods.
In addition to running your own small vegetable garden, if you have time, read the headlines and answer some questions you are interested in. I paired couplets with my friends and lived a fulfilling life. Sometimes I ask a few close friends to pick some melon, gourds, and then do it yourself to make some wine dishes. While drinking, chatting; looking forward to the future and looking back on a beautiful life. They are all in their seventies, so I think it's quite interesting.
After the summer vacation, the grandchildren will start school. My wife and I have to return to the city and continue to complete the task of picking up and dropping off our grandson.
From the city to the hometown is returning to pastoral life; from the hometown to the city is entering the fast pace of life. Changes in the environment will bring people a mentality gap. what to do? This requires us to adjust our mood and adapt to the new environment. Let it be natural and face the new life calmly. Just like streams, you can rush and jump in the mountains; you can relax in the lake.
In this life, people need to develop strong survival ability. It can not only appreciate the warm spring flowers, but also endure the torture of the "Domestic Days"; it can embrace the fruits of autumn and withstand the torture of the severe winter. In a word, we must adapt to the climate change in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and withstand the cruel blows of wind, frost, snow and rain. Take things as they happen and let them go.
