This restaurant is very simple and the food is very simple. Every Thursday at noon, two colleagues and I will come here to have dinner. The two hours were short, but we had a great time. We talked about some topics that had nothing to do with work, and everyone could talk casually without any worries.
The lunch for three people was a grass carp, with sliced meat and grilled fish head with garlic. It was very simple. But such gatherings can transcend boring work and bring us a happy mood. Friendship is how people get happiness, and what I want to say is true friendship. Friends who understand each other, like parents, do not ridicule each other's appearance and status. So we can wear simple clothes, feel relaxed, eat simple food and feel happy.
We have common topics, and it is a pleasant experience to respond or affirm each other's opinions. We don't care about the quality of the food and environment at all.
The purpose of people's pursuit of wealth is not necessarily the desire for a luxurious life. The more important motivation may be to gain recognition and appreciation from others. But if you have friendship, it can make up for the desire to pursue wealth. A group of true friends brings a level of care and respect that wealth may not necessarily provide.
