「上床睡覺」除了go to bed
還可以說：
hit the hay/sack
=go to bed
去床上/去睡覺
hit有「撞擊」的意思，也就是靠向某個東西
hay: [he] 乾草
sack: [sæk] 麻布袋
猜想：以前的床上是墊著乾草, 這裡代指「床」
I m too tired. I ll hit the hay.
我太累了。我要去睡覺了。

wake up跟get up可不一樣
wake up
是「醒來」， 眼睛睜開，意識清醒
不一定「起床」
get up/get out of bed
起床，離開床
I usually wake up at 5: 50 and get up at 6:00.

a. 睡眠質量好
