工程師的些許工作體會和心得
1. 如果願景（Vision）是你要去向哪裡，那麼文化（Culture）則確保你可以抵達目標。
2. 產品、技術、服務。企業提供的就是這三種，但最終是服務。
3. 工程思維：思路清晰、邏輯完整 、論據充分 。工程師用數據說話。
4. Perform the functions reliably, and economically.可靠的，經濟的實現功能。
5. Rigorous , practical , progressive , creative,timely, thoughtful, and complete. 嚴謹、務實、進步、創新、及時、周到、完整。
6. 矛盾、問題推動技術發展。其實也是推動人類發展。
7. 流程性工作交給機器人。人去做創造性的工作。
8. 工程師需要面對的問題：
1) 一個新的設計如何開始？How to start a new design?
2) 產品為什麼會失效, 如何解決？Why it fails，how to solve it?
9. 10. 將研發過程中做的決定思考過程記錄下來，有借鑒意義。
11. 變數是人類思維的提升。
12. 先羅列出約束條件。在這基礎框架上進行思考。
