any player who collapses without having contact with another player, the ball or an obstacle should be regarded as being in sca until proven otherwise. 一個沒有和其他球員或者足球或者障礙物接觸而倒在地上的球員應該被視為心跳驟停，除非有證據除外！
•unconsciousness and unresponsiveness：意識喪失且沒有反應
