音頻
1.先泛聽一遍上面的音頻，然後記錄下自己沒有聽出來的單詞或者連讀，然後再聽幾遍，直到自己把能聽懂的全部都聽懂為止，剩下的就是新知識啦。
2.可以邊聽邊滑動文本，進行精聽校對，弄懂所有生詞、表達以及連讀的地方。
3.閉上眼睛，再次盲聽，感受自己的進步。
這是一個磨耳朵的過程，每天聽幾分鐘，聽力水平自然就會突飛猛進~

A: Mr. McKenna, do you have a second? I need to talk to you about something.
McKenna先生，你有時間嗎？我想跟你說點事
B: Sure, Liv, what can I do for you?
好的，Liv，我能為你做什麼？
A: Well, I was just wondering. . . you see, I know I've used up all my vacation days this year, but my sister is getting married, and the wedding is over-seas, and, well. . .
我在想......你知道的，我已經用完了今年的全部的假期，但是我的妹妹正打算結婚，並且婚禮在海外舉行，所以.....
B: You wanna take some time off, is that right?
你想請假，對嗎？
A: Well, sir, I was just hoping that I might be able to take some unpaid leave this year.

B: What dates are you planning on taking off? I'll need at least two months notice, so that I can planfor your absence.
你計劃在哪天請假？我至少需要提前2個月的事先通知，那樣我才可以為你的缺席做安排。
A: I was thinking of taking off from September first until the thirtieth . Would you be okay with that?
我想從9月1號請到9月13號，可以嗎？
B: Well, I guess so.
