Nina Maya Interiors was founded in 2006 by Australian designer Nina Maya Skrzynsk. The studio specialises in the customisation of exquisite Spaces and is known to the industry for its professionalism, rigorous conception and appropriate design interventions.

Jewel Residence

柔和住宅的輪廓

Nina Maya Interiors將Jewel住宅打造成具有精緻細節和簡約美學的私人住宅，營造出寧靜的家居氛圍，同時使自然光能夠適時地暈染於室內。內部則採用中性色調的品牌傢具，與空間互為融洽，從而避免視覺上的突兀。

Nina Maya Interiors has designed the Jewel House as a private home with exquisite details and a minimalist aesthetic, creating a peaceful home atmosphere while allowing natural light to flood the interior. The interior uses neutral tone brand furniture, harmonizing with the space, so as to avoid visual obtrusion.

住宅中的光照是經過Nina Maya精心設計的，也是她主張「積極有效的利用自然光而不是僅僅依靠人工照明」的設計理念的一種體現。光的巧妙應用賦予了住宅視覺上和形體上的雕塑感，同時，又由於光的作用，使硬朗的住宅輪廓變得愈加柔和。

The lighting in the house has been carefully designed by Nina Maya and is a reflection of her design philosophy of "actively using natural light rather than relying solely on artificial lighting". The clever use of light gives the house a sense of visual and physical sculpture, at the same time, the effect of light makes the hard outline of the house softer.

Pavillion住宅，位於悉尼北部郊區的Avalon，濱海小鎮令人流連的自然風光成為了人們首選的度假勝地，也被譽為理想的居住地。住宅主要是Nina Maya為自己和家人所設計的一座度假屋，希望它能給人營造放鬆、平靜和禪宗意味的舒適感。

Pavillion House, located in Avalon, a northern suburb of Sydney, the coastal town's inviting nature has become a preferred holiday destination and a desirable place to live. The house is designed by Nina Maya as a holiday home for herself and her family, hoping to create a relaxed, calm and Zen-like comfort.

建築為涼亭式結構，有著純粹且合理的空間布局，正立面由玻璃幕窗組成，使自然光線可以自由的進入室內，讓室內外之間形成無邊界的聯繫，使美學和功能於此達到了某種意義上的平衡。與此同時，Nina Maya還受世界各地酒店設計的影響，為住宅增添了獨特的奢華生活體驗。

The building is a gazebo-style structure with a pure and reasonable spatial layout. The front facade is composed of glass curtain Windows, allowing natural light to freely enter the interior, forming a borderless connection between the interior and the exterior, and achieving a sense of balance between aesthetics and function. At the same time, Nina Maya has been influenced by hotel designs around the world to add a unique luxury living experience to the home.
