What factors are critical to the value of Pi? (In-depth interpretation)

Recently, some Pioneer community members asked: How much is a Pi now? How much do you think Pi will rise in the future? Wait for the question.

I definitely can’t tell you the exact answer, after all, the price of is the invisible hand z4 that has the most say. But I can discuss with you from a macro perspective: What factors will affect the value of Pi ?

Knocking on the blackboard:

(1) Pi's market depth

The market depth here does not refer to the market's ability to withstand large transactions without significant price fluctuations, but refers to Pi's later physical market penetration rate. I think this is the most critical factor. If Pi is unable to buy anything but not sell anything, then Pi really has no prospects. The greater the supply of products and services that can be obtained with Pi, the greater the value of Pi and the higher the price. So the usefulness of Pi will greatly promote its value/price.

Many people may ask: Does exchange trading count as an expansion of market depth? The answer is yes, because speculation is also one of the factors that contributes to the value of Pi. After Pi goes live on the mainnet, it will undoubtedly be listed on the exchange, or forced to be listed by the exchange. I think that Pi will inevitably attract investors in the currency circle to achieve huge added value by buying and selling tokens.

Of course, exchange trading is only a manifestation of market depth, not the only one.

(2) Pi's application scenario

Pi's application scenario supports the value of Pi. Why do many currencies have the shortest survival time for only a few days? One of the reasons is to ignore the value support of the application scenario, or to say that I don't want to work hard on the application scenario, and directly cut money faster.

According to the current plan of the project party, Pi’s application scenarios are gradually being built, and Pi’s public chain construction is an important part of the ecology. Imagine that Pi is widely used in various fields such as the Internet of Things, healthcare, finance, and production. What is the value of Pi?

(3) Pi's social consensus

Pi's social consensus is reflected to a certain extent in the number of actual users, that is, traffic. In this regard, blockchain projects and Internet projects are the same, traffic is king, analogous to the current Douyin and Taobao. I think everyone understands this principle, so I won't go into it.

(4) The rarity of Pi

The rarity of Pi mentioned here not only refers to rarity in terms of quantity, but also technical/conceptual rarity.

First of all, it is rare in quantity. There must be many people who refute me. Is Pi rare?

I have answered this question many times. How much do you have in the base currency? In addition, the rarity of Pi is also reflected in the halving of the increase in the number of people, which is reflected in the needs of Pi ecological construction/circulation.

Once again, it is the rarity of technology/concept. I have been exposed to many projects, but in the end I only chose Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Pi. Why? Bitcoin is the first encrypted digital currency; the foundation of the Ethereum public chain; Pi is because of the underlying technology + ecology.

Knocking on the blackboard:

The points I have said may not be comprehensive. Welcome to discuss and exchange at the bottom of the article, but it is also for these points that I always believe that this great social practice of Pi will succeed.

So, how much Pi will be worth in the future? I really don't know, but if Pi develops according to this trend, where is the value of Pi?
