Since the OA system of our bureau has been online for nearly two years, we have realized "paperless office" through "full-process electronic" and greatly improved work efficiency. In line with the principle of "striving for perfection", the office extensively solicited opinions and suggestions from various offices (centers) at the end of October. A total of 22 suggestions were collected. Through communication with OA companies, 13 have been adopted and resolved, and 9 are in progress. OA The system can be further optimized and perfected.
In order to effectively solve the problem, on the afternoon of November 10, the office organized a training and exchange meeting on the operation of the OA system. The specific responsible persons of various offices and subordinate institutions participated in the training meeting.
At the meeting, technicians explained and demonstrated system operations and common functions, and answered common questions one by one. Subsequently, the participants actively expressed their opinions and suggestions and offered suggestions for optimizing the OA system of our bureau. The atmosphere on the scene was very warm. After the meeting, the technicians walked into the relevant offices to answer face-to-face operations on software and hardware issues.
In the next step, the office will take the solution of specific problems as a breakthrough point, collect opinions and suggestions on a regular basis, continue to optimize and upgrade the system, and continuously improve work efficiency.
