On July 3, 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, together with 13 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Water Resources, jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Construction Industrialization". The guiding opinions propose to increase efforts in talent cultivation. All localities must formulate policies and measures related to the cultivation of intelligent construction talents, clarify goals and tasks, establish a long-term mechanism for the training and development of intelligent construction talents, and create various forms of high-level talent training platforms. Encourage key enterprises and scientific research units to rely on major scientific research projects and demonstration application projects to cultivate a group of leading talents, professional and technical personnel, management personnel and industrial workers. Strengthen the training of reserve talents, encourage enterprises and colleges and universities to deepen cooperation, and provide talent reserve guarantee for the development of intelligent construction.

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the document "Opinions on Promoting the Sustained and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry" (Guobanfa [2017] No. 19) of the General Office of the State Council, accelerate the technological, informatization, and intelligent level of engineering construction technology, and further improve the theoretical and skill levels of professional and technical personnel in construction engineering, the Certification Center of the China Academy of Building Sciences Co., Ltd. decided to jointly carry out professional technical training and grade examinations for intelligent construction engineers in conjunction with the Beijing Zhongpei National Education Talent Evaluation Technology Center. Among them, Beijing Zhongpei Guoyu Talent Evaluation Technology Center is responsible for training, and the Certification Center of China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. is responsible for the evaluation and supervision of examinations and training.

Training objectives

Based on the characteristics of intelligent smart construction projects, based on the quality, ability and professional and technical needs of intelligent construction engineers, cultivate a group of people who can master the basics of civil engineering proficiency Knowledge; master component production and construction and installation methods; be able to apply modern technical means to carry out intelligent surveying and mapping, intelligent design, intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance management; be competent in the design, construction management, information technology services and consulting services of traditional and intelligent construction projects, and be application-oriented talents with innovative spirit and international perspective.

The training targets are recent (past) graduates of

1, civil engineering, project management , information technology and other majors;

2, personnel engaged in various fields of engineering construction such as engineering foundation construction, project management, budget management, project supervision, etc.;

3, various personnel who are interested in engaging in intelligent construction.

Application conditions for first-level intelligent construction professional and technical personnel

Anyone who abides by the law and meets one of the following conditions, and meets the training hours standards, can register for the first-level intelligent construction professional and technical personnel level examination:

1) Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering economics , automation, and computer-related majors for at least 2 years, or obtain a bachelor's degree in non-related majors for at least 5 years;

2) Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering economics, automation, etc. 4 years of college education in chemistry or computer-related majors, or 6 years of associate degree in non-related majors;

3) Obtained double bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering economics, automation, computer-related majors, master's degree, or above;

4) has obtained the national first-level or second-level construction engineer professional qualification certificate;

5) has obtained the second-level intelligent construction engineer professional technical certificate for more than 1 year.

Training format

Online teaching platform: Intelligent construction engineer professional and technical level pre-examination training comprehensive service platform

The number of class hours for the first-level intelligent construction engineer: 42 class hours; the number of class hours for

the second-level intelligent construction engineer: 38 class hours; the number of class hours for

the third-level intelligent construction engineer: 32 class hours.

Those who meet the pre-examination training hours can take the intelligent construction engineer examination of the corresponding level.

The intelligent construction engineer exam is divided into two comprehensive subjects: intelligent construction theory (150 points) and intelligent construction practice (150 points), with a total score of 300 points. A score of no less than 90 points in each subject is considered qualified. The final assessment score is the weighted average score of the two subjects, of which the theoretical subject weight ratio is 40% and the practical subject weight ratio is 60%.
