Solution (case analysis):

1. At first, I suspected that there was a problem with the network cable head, and tried to replace the network cable ineffective, and then cross-test other computers, the same network cable, and other computers use wired normally without packet loss! There is no problem with the network

line and the local network of the customer.

2. Try to reset the network, the test is invalid, I suspect that the computer's wired network card driver is malfunctioning, and try to install the latest wired network card driver, and the test network packet loss still exists.

3. I suspect that the router settings of the customer's computer limit the Internet speed, and the customer's feedback did not make any restrictions on the router.

4. Try to change the network card MAC address. The router has settings and only records the binding network card mac address to limit it. Modify the network card physical address and test whether it is normal.

Method for modifying the physical network card address:

1. First find network card , right-click "Properties" and then click "Configuration" and then click "Advanced" to find the "Physical Address". Enter the value of the 12-digit letters and numbers on the right, and then click OK. As shown in the figure,

2. After the modification is completed, enter the cmd command interface, enter ipconfigml2 /all to see if the physical address is modified successfully. After the modification is completed, automatically re-get the IP address, and test packet loss and network delay.

3. After testing, network delay and packet loss are normal, and the fault is solved. Under normal circumstances of cross-testing wired network and network cable, packet loss still occurs. When confirming that the wired driver is installed normally, try to modify the physical address of the mac, which can solve this problem
