Party B may repair the fault through telephone guidance, remote login or on-site service, and ensure that the processing time limit for the corresponding fault level in the service level agreed by both parties is met.
According to the severity and impact of the fault, the fault levels are divided into three-level faults, two-level faults and first-level faults from low to high. When the fault is not restored or resolved within the specified time limit, the fault level will be automatically upgraded (if the two parties agree that it is not necessary, the upgrade may not be done).
Level 1 failure (major failure) : refers to a failure in which the system crash or service interruption occurs during operation, resulting in the failure to realize the basic functions of the device or the complete degradation of the equipment; other failures that cause business interruption for more than 1 hour or cause the loss of critical business data.
