Recently, Google said that it will invest 1 billion US dollars in the next five years to achieve faster and more affordable Internet access and support the entrepreneurial environment in Africa.
According to public information, this investment of will support the transformation of 1 1 2 and _span_span1 2 and span_span2. These funds will be used for infrastructure construction, including the Equiano submarine cable connecting South Africa, Namibia , Nigeria and St. Helena with Europe.
