At the meeting, platform companies jointly learned the "nine must not" proposed by the State Administration for Market Regulation. Enterprise representatives signed the "Platform Enterprise Maintaining a Fair Competitive Market Order" and solemnly made promises to the society: First, strictly abide by relevant state regulations. Laws and regulations, no dumping at low prices, no price collusion, no price bidding, no price fraud. Second, it does not violate the law to implement fixed prices, does not violate the law to restrict the production or sales of commodities, and does not violate the law to divide the market. Concentration of undertakings shall not be implemented illegally, and competition shall not be excluded or restricted. The third is to not implement predatory pricing, refusal to trade, or tie-in sales without proper reasons. The fourth is to refrain from commercial confusion, false propaganda, or commercial slander.The fifth is not to illegally collect and use consumer personal information, not to use data advantages to "kill familiarity", and not to sell counterfeit and shoddy products. Sixth, it does not use technical means to damage the order of competition, does not hinder the normal operation of other market entities, and does not impose unreasonable restrictions or attach unreasonable conditions to operators on the platform.
