Part 2: Set up a new administrator
1, set up a department
(Note: non-SSR self-service attendance machines generally do not have department options, in this case you need to set up the department on the software)
1) Attendance machine press M/OK to enter In the main menu interface of the machine, find the department management, and press OK to enter the department to add;
2) Add department to set the department name and select the corresponding shift, (note: a total of 24 shifts can be set here), click back to enter after completing the above operations Department list, here you can view the default six departments, all of which support operations such as department name re-editing and shift selection.
2, the registered user
can start user registration after completing the department setting, the operation is as follows:
1) enter the main menu of the machine, user management, add a user, select OK to enter the user registration interface;
2) fill in the new user identity information;
( Note: User ID, name and verification information are necessary fields. Other project information is edited according to the specific requirements of the company.) The following shows the specific operation steps for adding new users:
A. Set employee ID: Normally, the default value of employee ID can be used. , The video tutorial demonstrates that the employee ID is 1;
B. Set the employee’s name: On the device, the right key is to switch input methods, the left key is to delete, and the confirm key is M/OK. Enter the name in pinyin and confirm;
C , Set employee permissions: employee permissions can choose ordinary users or super administrators, super administrator user permissions support to enter the machine menu, general employees can be set as ordinary users;
D, set the department: department options can be set as needed, generally default For the company;
E: Verification method selection: a variety of verification methods can be selected arbitrarily, under normal circumstances, the supported verification methods are human face/fingerprint/password, etc., it is recommended to select the default value;
F, verification method entry: each employee must enter At least one verification method, fingerprint, face, password, etc. are all available. The video tutorial demonstrates the entry of employee fingerprint verification methods;
After the above 6 operations are completed, you can check whether the attendance machine interface has completed options, if not Just choose back. (Returning at this time is equivalent to saving and returning. Different time attendance machines have different interface display fields. Press the above operation to complete the saving)
3) View new users: After entering personnel information, return to the user management user list to view new users. After confirming that you have successfully joined, return to the main interface of the device to perform normal attendance verification.
