Faced with the "cloud demand" of the main application scenarios of "digital anti-epidemic" in Nanjing, the new generation of government cloud in Nanjing has provided a stable and reliable operating environment for important epidemic prevention and control systems such as "Ningbo Epidemic" and nucleic acid testing system, supporting and ensuring high concurrent access needs of various systems. At the same time, through real-time data collection and effective data integration in the "cloud", we generate practical data, effectively empowering grassroots epidemic prevention and service to the people, and supporting Nanjing's epidemic prevention and control work.
Compared with the traditional government cloud, the construction of a new generation of government cloud is expected to provide unified information infrastructure and rich common application service capabilities for municipal ministries, commissions and bureaus, form efficient and intensive resource management, break through the barriers to data resource sharing between all levels and departments, and support the integration of government information sharing, in order to achieve unified scheduling of resources across the city, laying a solid "digital foundation" for strengthening the construction of digital government , promoting the "one-stop management" of urban operation, and overall promoting urban digital transformation.
At present, the government cloud has the service capability to provide 14,000 standard cloud hosts. 126 units in the city have deployed "cloud" and operated stably. The new system has achieved "all the time to go up", and has accumulated nearly 1,300T of government data of various municipal departments; the city's 12 municipal and district-level data links have been opened, and the municipal government data sharing and exchange platform has collected 27 billion data resources of various departments and units, and has exchanged 9.088 billion, providing 533 high-frequency data services to various departments.
After two years of hard work, government cloud is transitioning from the infrastructure layer to the application layer. In addition to providing the basic computing power support of the traditional IaaS layer, the new generation of government cloud has also added Paas, DaaS, and SaaS layer capabilities, and can provide 11 major categories and 46 sub-categories of cloud services such as GIS map tools, big data tools, AI algorithms, blockchain, video networking, and the Internet of Things. It can be seen that the government cloud takes into account the current and future development, and has achieved remarkable results in many aspects, with more flexible and efficient resource allocation, more robust and reliable security line, richer and more convenient cloud services, and has also advanced the support capabilities of artificial intelligence , and strives to promote the upgrade of "Digital Nanjing" with a brand new system architecture, service content, and management model.
