1, design standards
The fundamental starting point and end point of government website construction is to provide convenient services and improve service efficiency, and effectively improve service level through cloud processing. The cloud-based government website service platform is one of the windows for government service display. Website services provide convenient services through website group construction, information resource portal system and information sharing development evaluation system. The planning of platform service function modules should refer to the following standards:
(1) The government website service platform should be guided by relevant government documents as the overall guidance. The "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Information Content in Government Websites" clearly requires the construction of a unified government website technology platform in the region. In addition, according to the documents issued by the State Council, all requirements for the construction of government websites are put forward, and relevant government documents should be used as the overall guidance in the planning of the website service platform.
(2) Government websites must be based on the idea of intensive construction. Through technology intensive, resource intensive, user intensive and service channels intensive, a multi-level and multi-department government website platform will be built to truly realize the transformation from building a "website" to building a "platform", and play an important role in effectively improving government services and work efficiency and improving the credibility of party and government organs.
(3) Government website planning must be combined with the concept of government website construction and development under the new situation. Faced with the prominent problems of insufficient government fund investment in traditional website functional module planning, serious infrastructure construction, various departments act independently, and lack of collaborative cooperation among institutions and departments in the planning of traditional website functional modules, the current government website planning and design must combine the development concept of government website construction under the new situation, integrate new technologies such as artificial intelligence , cloud computing , big data, mobile Internet, new media, etc. In the new era, website functions must be based on long-term considerations and work hard on top-level design and unified planning.
