Apple recently released new features of the AppleMusic music platform: singers and bands can now personalize their AppleMusic personal homepage, including customized introductions and choices to add their hometown, date of birth or year of birth, etc., and even quickly add lyrics to singers' songs on AppleMusic.

Apple shared more details about personalization options and other new features added to the Apple MusicforArtists platform in an email announcement.
Introduction - Image and personality are the key to pulling the distance between fans and attracting new listeners. The new profile section allows singers to customize their AppleMusic profile and connect with fans in their own words. Singers can answer short questions and create custom biography that will be displayed on their AppleMusic personal homepage. Singers also have the option to add their hometown (or the band’s birthplace), date of birth (or the band’s year of establishment), and tag band members, collaborators, influencers, and synonyms.
lyrics - lyrics have become part of discoverability and listening experience. Singers can now add their lyrics to appear in AppleMusic with their music so that fans can read the text behind the beat. Adding lyrics is as easy as copy-paste.
Account – Building an excellent team is part of the singer’s success. The new permissions in the Account section (formerly managed) provide singers with an easy way to choose who has access to their profile, allowing their team to act immediately, support upcoming work, and keep content fresh. Singers can also assign different roles to individuals in the team, designating administrators, analysts, and data editors.
measurement—AppleMusicforArtists detection is now in a single, simple position, that is, under measurement. Singers can now chart their performance, monitor AppleMusic playback, average daily listeners, iTunes song purchases and Shazams data. Intelligent detection and detailed analysis help singers plan future song releases, tour dates and other events.
