US company OURA After years of trying, for the best features, oura's sleep and fitness tracking ring has so far relied on an internal bump design, allowing users to clearly see how it should be positioned on their fingers. For those who want to be more stylish, the company recently launched a new version of Oura Gen3 smart ring called Horizon.

fitness observers have been popular for more than a decade, but in recent years, their functions have been replaced by the more powerful smartwatch . By using complex sensors that can measure heart rate, body temperature and even blood oxygen levels, these smartwatches have slowly evolved into health observers. These wearables are also useful tools for tracking the quality of users’ sleep, but the transition from simple wristbands to complex smartwatches makes these devices less comfortable to wear throughout the night, and they usually require sleep time to charge.

Oura Health manages to stuff fitness and health tracking intelligence into a wearable that is no much thicker than a regular ring and is therefore easy to wear when sleeping. The latest version is the 3rd generation of Oura Ring, announced last October, with up to seven days of battery life, so you don't need to charge it every day. With improved sensors, it can track everything from comprehensive health and sleep quality to periodic predictions based on constant body temperature readings.

Dapu Ring Gen3 is the same size and weight as its predecessor, thanks to the use of a sturdy but lightweight titanium , but it also has the same raised design on the top, which makes it more of a stylish accessory than a health observer. To make the Gen3 more invisible when worn, the new Oura Gen3 Horizon is the first to skip this method, instead with a perfectly rounded design that looks more like a simple wedding ring without removing any features or features.

Most wearables, even elegant wearables, have one or two hard edges in their designs, as common batteries and components are built-in. While Oura 3 isn't ugly, if the ring slides around, it will dig your knuckles while you work out, which is not ideal. The

ring itself is basically the same as Gen3, which is not surprising because it loads a boat of features and Oura itself is still working hard to exploit. The company launches new features throughout the year, including daytime and exercise heart rate, menstrual prediction and blood oxygen sensing.
