On the 26th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified 47 mobile Internet applications (APPs) and third-party software development kits (SDKs) that infringed on user rights, including Urban Hotel and Floral Travel, requiring these 47 APPs and SDKs will complete the rectification and implementation work before September 5.

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized third-party testing agencies to inspect APPs and SDKs such as hotels, catering, and minors applications that are of concern to the public, and put forward rectification requirements for a total of 227 APPs and SDKs that were found to infringe the rights and interests of users. As of now, there are still 47 apps and SDKs that have not completed rectification as required. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified these APPs and SDKs and required that the rectification and implementation work be completed before September 5. If rectification is not made within the time limit, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
