It requires high skills of employees and requires fool-proof tooling design. Its main characteristics are: it is difficult to transform, mainly designing various operating mechanisms based on the characteristics of product materials, fully considering the convenience of logistics, and it is difficult to train operators.
3. Mixed line production
Flexible production line Mixed line production has a high degree of flexibility. Mixed line production refers to the simultaneous production of multiple products on the same production line, which requires the highest skills of personnel, from production scheduling planning to materials Preparation, etc. all need to adapt to the hybrid production model. Its main feature is that it is the most difficult to modify. Material placement planning and equipment station design all need to consider its compatibility and particularity. The investment in equipment compatibility modification is also relatively large.
