The word trademark "Hongmeng" and the cited trademark "CRM Hongmeng and map" applied by Huawei are likely to cause confusion and misunderstanding by the relevant public. Therefore, the disputed trademark and the cited trademark constitute similar trademarks, and the judgment result is that the plaintiff Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.'s claim is rejected.

trademark involved, the court's judgment stated that the evidence provided by Huawei in the case was insufficient to prove that the trademark in dispute had gained high popularity through use, thus establishing a unique correspondence with the plaintiff, and the designated service provider obtained sufficient evidence. The distinctive features that distinguish it from the cited trademarks one to two will not cause confusion and misunderstanding by the relevant public.
Huawei is currently unable to use the Hongmeng trademark, so will Huawei continue to use this name as its own system name? Or only use the English trademark of HongmengOS in the future?
