On the 6th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on the List of Apps That Infringe the Rights of Users". 60 APPs, including Tiantian Orchard and Meitu ID Photos, were removed from the shelves for failing to rectify as required.

On March 11 this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified the society of 136 APP companies that violated user rights. So far, 53 apps have not been rectified in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology after verification and re-examination by a third-party testing agency. According to the APP rectification actions deployed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the communications administrations actively carried out mobile phone application software supervision and inspection. The Zhejiang Communications Administration found that there are still 7 APPs that have not been rectified.

The 53 uncorrected apps notified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology are: Dragon Breaking Dawn, Swift PDF Converter, Step Counting, Lechebang, Microphone, A8 Sports Live, Writing Novel Artifact, Fortune Calendar, Meitu ID Photo, Cooling Down Bao, Lafeng Comics, Dijia Coach, Cidao, Tiantian Orchard, Pine Cone Talking, Menglong Chaos, Che Exing, Mutual Benefit Gang, One-click Uninstall Master, Almighty Scanner, etc.

The 7 APPs notified by the Zhejiang Provincial Communications Administration are: Bian La, Ten Music Literature, Firework Chemistry, Hua Ma Ma, Dui Da, Textile Superman, and Four Seasons Alliance.

In accordance with the "Network Security Law" and the "Interim Provisions on the Management of Preset and Distribution of Mobile Smart Terminal Application Software" (Gongxinguan [2016] No.407) and other legal and regulatory document requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the removal of the above 60 apps . The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires relevant application stores to immediately organize the removal of the application software in the list after the publication of this notice.
