Tang Dynasty When Emperor Xuanzong was reigned (712-755 AD), there was a Taoist named Li Xiazhou who wrote this poem:

Everyone in Yan City left, and the horse did not return.

If you meet a ghost at the foot of the mountain, tie the silk clothes on the ring.

Li Xiazhou is a person with Taoism. During the Kaiyuan period, Emperor Xuanzong summoned him into the palace and later lived in Xuanduguan . In the late years of Tianbao, An Lushan dominated the country and was domineering. People from the court were worried that he would rebel, but Xuanzong was very relieved of him and favored him even more.

One day, Li Xiazhou suddenly left the capital and disappeared. People found the poem above on the walls of his house. At that time, no one knew what this poem meant. It was not until later that An Lushan rebelled, Xuanzong fled to Sichuan, and the army was stormed, and Yang Guifei was hanged to death that people understood the meaning of Li Xiazhou's poem.

The first sentence "Everyone in Yan City goes away" means that An Lushan rebellion originated from Yan land, which is Hebei. The second sentence "Hanguan Horses will not return" means that the general Geshuhan leads troops to conquer An Lushan, and is defeated in Tongguan , and the entire army is destroyed. The third sentence "If you meet a ghost at the foot of the mountain", the ghost at the foot of the mountain is the word "wei", which refers to Mawei Slope. When Xuanzong fled to Sichuan, he was in a mutiny at Mawei Slope. The fourth sentence "tied the silk clothes on the ring" means that the imperial concubine Yang Yuhuan was hanged to death by the eunuch Gao Lishi with a silk scarf. All these four lines of poetry have come true.

It is said that Emperor Xuanzong was the reincarnation of the true man Kong Sheng, so he devoted himself to Taoism. At that time, there were many people with great Taoism around Emperor Xuanzong, such as Zhang Guolao Ye Fashan, Luo Gongyuan and others. They traveled between the palace and showed their magical powers, which became a good story for a while.

Zhang Guo Lao was originally a servant during the ancient Emperor Yao. Because of the method of obtaining fetal breathing, he could not eat for many days. People don’t know how old he was.

When Emperor Xuanzong of Tang was reigned, he lived in seclusion in Zhongtiaoshan between Taihang Mountain and Huashan. When entering and leaving, I often ride a white donkey, and I can walk tens of thousands of miles a day. When he arrived at the destination, he folded the white donkey he was riding like origami, which was only as thick as a few pieces of paper, and then placed it in the box he carried with him. When you want to ride again, take it out of the box and spray it with water, and a living white donkey will be in front of you again.

In the 23rd year of Kaiyuan (735 AD), Emperor Xuanzong heard about Zhang Guolao's reputation and sent the Tongshi Shepherd Pei to Zhongtiao Mountain to greet him. The Tongshi Sheren is a sixth-rank official who is specifically responsible for the court's notification. When Pei met Zhongtiao Mountain, he saw that Zhang Guo was gray and his hair was gray. He was an old man with a tooth. He disliked him a little and his attitude seemed a little arrogant. Zhang Guo had already known everything, so after saluting Pei Wu, he suddenly fell and fainted.

Pei Wu couldn't help but panic when he saw it and said, "If you die, how can I reply to the imperial edict?" He suddenly thought, "I heard that the gods specifically want to test people's sincerity. Maybe he is not really dead, but is going to test me? I'll be respectful to him, just like a little!" So he lit a furnace of incense, knelt in front of Zhang Guo's dead body, kowtowed a few times, and said devoutly that Xuanzong specially sent him to greet him.

As soon as he finished speaking, he saw Mr. Zhang slowly woke up. Pei Wu was startled by him. He knew that Zhang Guo Lao was not simple and did not dare to force him to go to the palace. He rushed back to the capital overnight and told Xuanzong what he saw and heard.

On the one hand, Xuanzong felt strange and wanted to invite Zhang Guolao to the palace; on the other hand, it was estimated that Pei Wu did not do a good job, so he sent another Zhongshu Sheshou Sheman Xu Qiao to bring the imperial pen to the letter and greet him again. The Secretariat of the Central Secretariat was in charge of drafting edicts for the emperor. He was of high status and powerful position. He personally brought the emperor's imperial letter to greet him. Xu Qiao was cautious and polite. Zhang Guo Lao was not easy to refuse, so he followed Xu Qiao to the capital. Xu Qiao first placed him in Jixian Courtyard, and then let him enter the palace by car and go to see Emperor Xuanzong.

Seeing that Zhang Guo Lao was indeed gray and gray, he was an old man, and asked, "Sir, since he has attained enlightenment, why are his hair and teeth so decayed?"

Zhang Guo Lao said, "I have reached the age of decay and have not learned anything, so I feel ashamed of being so old! When Your Majesty asked, it made me even more ashamed. I might as well remove all the remaining hair and teeth." After that, he pulled his hair clean in front of Xuanzong, and then reached his hand into the human mouth, pulling out all the remaining few incomplete teeth, making his mouth full of blood.

Xuanzong was shocked and asked, "Why do you want this, sir? Please go out for a rest for a while."

Zhang Guo Lao walked out.

Xuanzong thought to himself: "This old man is so weird!"

After a while, he summoned him in again. Zhang Guo Lao walked in swayingly. Although his appearance had not changed, he had black hair like paint and a mouthful of white and neat teeth. He looked healthier than ordinary young people. Xuanzong was surprised and happy, so he kept him in the palace to drink.

for a while, and Zhang Guo Lao refused, "The old minister has a very small alcohol capacity, and he can drink only two liters. But the old minister has a disciple with a lot of alcohol, and he can drink one dou at a time." After hearing this, Xuanzong asked him to summon his disciples. Old Zhang Guo was muttering something, and in a short while, a little Taoist priest flew down from the eaves of the palace. He looked about fifteen or sixteen years old and looked handsome and handsome. He kowtowed to Emperor Xuanzong first, and then greeted Mr. Zhang Guo. The words are refreshing and polite.

Xuanzong asked him to sit down, and Zhang Guo Lao said, "No, no! Disciples should stand."

The little Taoist priest stood respectfully after hearing the master's words.

The more Xuanzong looked at it, the more he liked it, so he asked someone to pour wine for him. He did not refuse at all, full and dry. When he drank about a dou of

, Zhang Guo Lao stood up and refused for him, saying, "He can't drink anymore. If he drinks too much, he will lose his composure and make a fool of himself."

Xuanzong said, "It doesn't matter even if he gets drunk. No matter what he does after he gets drunk, I will give him no guilt." After that, he stood up, poured a full glass of wine in person, and handed it to the little Taoist priest.

Just as the little Taoist priest drank it, the wine poured out from the top of his head. The hat on his head was crooked and finally fell to the ground.

When the little Taoist priest went to pick up the hat, he staggered and fell to the ground all of a sudden, and could never get up again. Xuanzong and the people around him laughed. But when they looked carefully, they disappeared. There was only a jar full of wine on the ground. The jar contained a bucket of wine. Everyone present was shocked, and Xuanzong attached more importance to Zhang Guo Lao.

The next day, Xuanzong went out of the capital to hunt and asked Zhang Guo Lao to go together. The hunters gathered together and caught a big horned deer. When people were about to kill it, Zhang Guolao said, "You can't kill it, you can't kill it! This is an immortal deer, which is already a thousand years old. Emperor Wu of Han 5th year of Yuan hunting (118 BC), Emperor Wu was hunting in Shanglinyuan , and I once accompanied the servant. At that time, I also caught this deer, but because I couldn't bear to kill it, I let it go."

Xuanzong heard it and said with a smile: "There are so many deer in the world, how can you be sure of this one What is the deer that Emperor Wu of Han released? Moreover, it has been so long since Emperor Wu of Han. How can you ensure that the deer has not been caught by other hunters and can survive to this day? "

Zhang Guolao said: "When Emperor Wu released this deer, he once laid a bronze medal under its left corner as a mark. You can see if the deer in front of you has that bronze medal, and you can know whether it is." After hearing this, Xuanzong asked someone to check it immediately. Strangely, I saw a bronze medal under the left corner of the deer, about two inches long, with rusty marks on it, and two lines of small characters could no longer be identified. Only then did Xuanzong believe that what Mr. Zhang Guo said was true.

At this time, he couldn't help but think of another question. Then he asked, "In the fifth year of Yuanshou, what year is according to Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches? How many years has it been since now?"

Zhang Guo Lao replied, "The fifth year of Yuanshou was the year of Guihai. Emperor Wu opened Kunming Pool that year, which is 852 years since now."

Xuanzong ordered the accompanying Taishi official to calculate that it was not bad at all as Zhang Guo Lao said. In this way, both Xuanzong and the accompanying civil and military officials knew that Zhang Guo was always a thousand-year-old man. Everyone was both surprised and admired.

One day, two ministers of the court, one named Wang Huizhi and the other named Xiao Hua, went to Jixianyuan to visit Mr. Zhang Guo.

After everyone sat down, Zhang Guolao suddenly smiled and said to them, "Isn't it scary to marry a princess to be his wife?"

The two of them looked at each other in a daze when they heard him, looking at each other and didn't know how to answer. At this moment, someone outside loudly informed: "The imperial edict is here!"

Mr. Zhang Guo asked someone to put on an incense table and wait for the imperial edict. It turned out that Xuanzong had a daughter named Princess Yuzhen . She has loved Taoism since she was a child and has never married her. When Xuanzong saw that Zhang Guo was always an immortal, he saw that his daughter was a good person, so he wanted to marry her daughter to him. First, he became a fairy marriage and a fairy family, and second, he also hoped that his daughter would follow Zhang Guo Lao to learn Taoism and become an immortal through dual cultivation. So he issued an imperial edict and sent an envoy to read it to Zhang Guolao.

After the envoy read the imperial edict, Zhang Guolao just laughed and did not accept the imperial edict. When the envoy saw Wang Huizhi and Xiao Hua beside him, he asked them to help persuade him and asked Zhang Guolao to agree to marry Princess Yuzhen.

Only then did the two men understand what Zhang Guo Lao said just now, and said to the envoy: "The immortal man already knew about this and told us in advance."

The envoy and the two ministers persuaded him for a long time, but Zhang Guo Lao just laughed. The messenger knew that he would not agree, so he had to go back and reply.

Xuanzong was a little unhappy when he saw that Zhang Guo Lao did not agree to this marriage, so he discussed with his favorite eunuch Gao Lishi, saying, "I heard that the scented juice is the most toxic, and people will die immediately after drinking it. Unless it is a true immortal, they can save their lives. Let's use it to try the old man Zhang Guo."

It was snowing heavily at that time, and it was extremely cold. Xuanzong summoned Zhang Guolao into the palace, gave him the wine that had been filled with savory juice, and said, "The weather is cold, I give warm wine to protect the cold."

Zhang Guolao did not refuse, and took the wine and drank it all. Drinking three cups in a row, the face showed drunkenness. He looked around, smacked his tongue, and said, "The wine doesn't taste very good." After that, he yawned and fell asleep. Xuanzong didn't say anything, just looked at him.

After a while, Zhang Guo Lao woke up and said, "Strange, weird!" Then he took out a small mirror from his sleeve, looked in front of the mirror, and found that his teeth were charred.

He saw a Tie Ruyi on Xuanzong's table, so he asked someone to take it for him, took it in his hand, knocked off his black teeth one by one, and put it in his sleeve. Then I took out a pack of medicine, rubbed it on the mouth-tooth acupoint, and fell asleep again.

This time it was no better than the previous time. He slept very peacefully and woke up after an hour. Strangely, when he opened his mouth, all his teeth grew out, and they were whiter and neat than before. Only then did Xuanzong believe that he was really not an ordinary person, so he gave the title of Mr. Tongxuan. However, Xuanzong was still a little suspicious of his origin, not knowing whether he was a god or a ghost.

At that time, there was a man named Gui Yeguang who was good at identifying ghosts. Xuanzong summoned him to quietly see if Zhang Guo was always a ghost. Gui Yeguang looked at it for a long time, but he still couldn't see any reputation. There is another man named Xing Hepu who is good at fortune telling. He could calculate the name, future and lifespan of a stranger without asking, and never missed it. Xuanzong has always valued him, and now he has asked him to calculate Zhang Guo's situation. Xing Hepu calculated for a long time, and tried his best, his ears were red, but he still couldn't calculate anything.

At this time, Xuanzong remembered another Taoist land called Ye Fashan, who had many magical techniques. Xuanzong summoned him to ask Mr. Zhang Guo about his situation.

Fashan said: "I do know the origin of Mr. Zhang, but I dare not say it.”

Xuanzong asked: “Why? ”

Fashan said: “If I say it, I will die soon, so I dare not say it. "

Xuanzong repeatedly asked him to say it.

Fashan said: "Unless after I die, Your Majesty takes off his hat and shoes to apologize to Mr. Zhang Guo, so that I can live. "

Xuanzong agreed.

Faya said at the right time: "He is a white bat spirit when the world just separated. "

said this, and then he bleeded in his seven orifices and fell to the ground and died.

Xuanzong quickly ran to Mr. Zhang Guo with his head barefoot and barefoot to apologize to him.

Mr. Zhang Guo said: "This person talks too much and does not punish him will ruin many things in the world. "

Xuanzong begged him, "This is all my sin and has nothing to do with Ye Fashan. Immortal Man will spare him! "

Zhang Guolao saw Xuanzong like this, and then changed his mind and asked someone to fetch water. He sprayed Fashan, and Fashan came to life.

Speaking of which, Ye Fashan is not simple. He is from Songyang County, Chuzhou (now Songyang, Zhejiang), and his ancestors practiced Taoism for four generations. When Fashan was twenty years old, he traveled to Kuocang Mountain in Zhejiang, Baima Mountain in Hubei and other places. He met three gods in the stone chamber and taught him the secret method of Taishang Laojun . From then on, he killed ghosts and monsters, wiped out evil monsters, and rescued kind people. When he first went to the capital, he met Wu Zetian 's nephew Wu Sansi dictatorship. Fashan often observes the evil spirits and Tingxiang to protect Emperor Zhongzong and later Emperor Ruizong, and now Emperor Xuanzong. Wu Sansi is very jealous of him, and forces him to exile to the southern seaside.

Later, Xuanzong succeeded to the throne, and Ye Fashan rode a white deer from the sea and rushed to the capital overnight. He is by Xuanzong, and he will predict and tell Xuanzong that any good and bad luck of the court.

Once, Tufan (now Tibet) sent an envoy to offer treasures to Xuanzong, and the box containing the treasures was sealed tightly. The envoy said: "The box contains secrets, please open them by yourself, and don't let others know. "

The civil and military ministers of the court didn't know what was going on, so they looked at each other and did not dare to speak.

Fashan quietly said to Xuanzong: "There is a hidden murderous intent in the box, and the messenger should open it by himself! "

Xuanzong asked the Tufan envoy to open the box by himself as Fashan said. The messenger didn't know what was inside, so he opened the lid. He saw a few short arrows shot out of the box and shot the messenger to death on the spot. It turned out that the leader of Tufan wanted to murder the Chinese emperor and set up a secret mechanism, but even the messenger did not know. Unexpectedly, Ye Fashan saw through it, but instead let the messenger die.

In the early years of Kaiyuan, on the night of the Lantern Festival in the first month, Xuanzong was in the capital. Lantern Watching Festival. The Lantern Festival was carefully designed by skilled craftsmen in the court. There are more than 30 colorful buildings, each one is 150 feet high, and it is covered with various gold, pearls and jade. Looking up from the bottom, the building is full of dragons, phoenixes, birds and beasts. When the colorful lights are on, the dragons, phoenixes, birds and beasts are hovering and flying up and down, just like living. Xuanzong was very happy to see it and sent someone to invite Ye Fashan to watch the lanterns together.

After Fashan came, Xuanzong kept praising him: "Good lanterns! Good light! What a clever trick. "

Fashan said: "It is indeed a good lamp. However, in my opinion, the lights in Xiliang Prefecture (now Wuwei, Gansu) look like this tonight. ”

Xuanzong asked: “How do you know, sir? ”

Fashan replied, “I was watching the lanterns there just now, because Your Majesty summoned me, so I rushed over. "

When Xuanzong heard him say something strange, he deliberately said, "I want to go there to watch the lanterns now, can I? "

Fashan said: "This is nothing difficult. But Your Majesty must close his eyes and must not open it, otherwise there will be danger. "

Xuanzong agreed and closed his eyes. Fa Shan shouted: "Qi! "Xuan Zong felt that he had risen slowly and had floated in the air with Fashan. Not long after, Xuan Zong felt that he had arrived on the ground again.

Fashan said, "You can open your eyes and see now. ”

Xuanzong opened his eyes and saw the lights running for dozens of miles, with traffic and crowds huddled, which was indeed no less than the lantern festival in the capital.

Xuanzong kept admiring, and said, "It's a pity that there is no wine to drink on such a wonderful night!"

Fashan asked, "What is your Majesty with you?"

Xuanzong said, "There is only one Tie Ruyi."

Fashan took Tie Ruyi, went to the hotel to be a pot of wine and a few plates of side dishes, and ate and drank with Xuanzong.

After a while, Xuanzong said, "Let's go back, otherwise the people in the palace will be anxious."

Fashan asked Xuanzong to close his eyes again. After a while, he returned to the lantern festival in the capital. The songs played by the lantern festival have not been finished yet.

Xuanzong used Taoist 's illusion technique to confuse himself. In fact, he may not have really been to Xiliang Mansion. However, he remembered again that it was a fact that his Tie Ruyi drank as a wine. So he sent someone to Xiliang Mansion and quietly went to the hotel to see if Tie Ruyi was in the hotel. The person who went there arrived at Xiliang Mansion and found Tie Ruyi in the hotel. The owner of the hotel said that it was on the night of the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, and a Taoist used it as a drink. After the person who went back to report to Xuanzong, Xuanzong believed that he had really gone to Xiliang Prefecture.

On the Mid-Autumn Night of August 15th, this year, the moon is like silver, and the sky is vast. Xuanzong was watching the moon in the palace and looking at the starry sky from afar. He felt his mind was unrestrained for a moment. He couldn't help but think: "The moon shines on the earth and is infinitely bright. Moon Palace must be a very wonderful place. I heard that Chang'e stealed the medicine and ran to the Moon Palace. Since there is the Moon Palace, you can definitely play. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get up?" Thinking of this, he remembered Ye Fashan again and hurriedly sent someone to invite him to the palace. After

Fashan came, Xuanzong said to him, "Can you use Taoism and let me go to the Moon Palace for a trip?"

Fashan said, "What's the difficulty? Please leave!" As he said that, he pointed his hand into the air, and a silver bridge like a snow chain appeared, and one end of the bridge was directly on the Moon Palace.

Fashan helped Xuanzong walk onto the bridge, and it was very stable and easy to walk. Wherever people walk, the bridge is gone. Not long after leaving, I felt the clothes were exposed and the cold air was blowing. After a while, I came to the bottom of a delicate four-pillar archway. Xuanzong looked up and saw a plaque hanging on the archway with six golden words "Guanghan Qingxu Palace". Xuanzong knew that this was what people often call Guanghan Palace .

Xuanzong and Fashan entered Guanghan Palace and saw a very large osmanthus tree . Under the tree, there were many fairies in white dress, riding on the white phoenix and dancing there. In addition, some fairies play with various instruments on the steps of the palace and shoot with the fairies who dance. They were neither surprised nor greeted them when they saw Xuanzong and Fashan enter. They just jumped and played.

Xuanzong stood there and watched blankly. Fashan pointed to the fairies and said, "These fairies are named Su'e. The white clothes they wear are called the colorful clothes; the music they play is called "Ziyun Song".

Xuanzong was well aware of the rhythm, so he silently recorded the songs they played. Later, when he returned to the palace, he passed the music to Yang Guifei, called " Nichang Yuyi Song ". "The Song of the Rainbow and Feather Clothes" is widely circulated and has become a famous song of in the Tang Dynasty.

Immediately, after listening to the music, Xuanzong felt cold and asked Fashan to go back quickly. The Dharma is good at driving two colorful clouds, as stable as the ground, and will return to the world in a short while. When I passed by Luzhou City (now Changzhi, Shanxi), I heard the sound of drums and just reported the third update. The moonlight is as bright as day, and everything in Luzhou Highbor Highbor Highbor tide is clearly visible. It was already late at night, and people were already asleep, and it was quiet all over the place.

Fashan said, "The emperor came late at night, and the people here didn't know at all. Your Majesty just heard the immortal music, why not just play a song here?"

Xuanzong said, "This is a good idea. It's a pity that I didn't bring jade flute ."

Fashan said, "Where is the jade flute?"

Xuanzong said, "In the bedroom of the palace."

Fashan said, "I'll get it for Your Majesty." As he said that, he pointed with his finger, and the jade flute flew from the air.

Xuanzong was very happy. He took flute and played the music he recorded in the Moon Palace. He took out a few more money from his sleeve and sprinkled it in Luzhou City. Then he went back to the imperial palace in the capital with Ye Fashan.

That night, there were some people in Luzhou City who were not asleep. They heard the sound of flute in the middle of the night and felt it was extraordinary. I got up and listened carefully, and found that the sound of the flute came from the air, so I went back to sleep.

The next morning, someone picked up money on the street and reported it to the government. The officials in the palace believed that this was a very auspicious sign, so they submitted the court.

The memorial reads: "On the night of August 15th, a fairy music sounded over Luzhou City. The next day, someone picked up money on the street. This is a sign of auspiciousness in the country. I will give it a memorial!"

Xuanzong saw it, and understood in his heart, and burst into laughter. From then on, respecting the goodness of the Dharma is just like respecting Mr. Zhang Guo. They are often left in the palace, playing chess or fighting small tricks, and betting on the victory or defeat as a game.

When Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty was reigned, there was a Taoist named Li Xiazhou who wrote this poem: Everyone in Yan City left, but the horses did not return. If you meet a ghost at the foot of the mountain, tie the silk clothes on the ring. - DayDayNews

One day, Zhang Guolao and Ye Fashan were playing chess in the palace. Xuanzong received a report from the governor of Ezhou (now Wuchang, Hubei), saying that a fairy child was found in Ezhou, named Luo Gongyuan, who was good at Taoism.

It is said that when the Spring Festival ceremony was held the day before the Ezhou Governor The beginning of spring , there was a man in white, more than meter long, with a strange appearance, watching among the crowd. Many people were scared away when they saw his strange appearance. At this time, a little boy shouted to him, "Are you so angry, how dare you leave your place without authorization and run here to alarm the government? Why don't you go back quickly!"

The man in white heard the boy's scolding and did not dare to make a sound, and left like flying.

The officials present thought the boy was extraordinary, so they grabbed him and brought him to the governor.

The governor asked him his name, and the boy replied, "The surname is Luo, and his name is Gongyuan."

asked him again why he could drink the man in white. The little boy replied, "It is a dragon guarding the river. It actually came ashore to the crowd, so I scolded it back."

The governor didn't believe him and asked, "How do you know that the man in white is a dragon? I will believe it unless I let me see the true form with my own eyes."

The little boy said, "Please wait until the day after tomorrow, and let the adults see it."

On that day, the little boy dug a small pit about one foot deep from the bank of the river, which led to the river water. The governor and everyone gathered around to watch. I saw a white fish, about five or six inches long, flowing into the pit along the water. The fish jumped in the pit for a few times before growing up. Then, a stream of blue smoke emerged from the pit. In an instant, dark clouds filled the sky and the sky was dark.

The boy said, "Please go to the pavilion by the river."

As soon as everyone ran to the pavilion, the sky was shining with lightning, and heavy rain was pouring. After a while, the rain stopped. I saw a big white dragon jumping up from the river and stretching its head into the clouds. After a long time, the big white dragon slowly disappeared. The governor and everyone present could see clearly, so he believed the words of the little boy Luo Gongyuan. He hereby submits the court and invites Luo Gongyuan to come to see the emperor with the person who delivered the memorial.

Xuanzong told this to Zhang Guolao and Ye Fashan, and asked Luo Gongyuan to come to see the two of them. When the two saw Gong Yuan, they laughed and said, "A small village boy, what do you know?"

The two of them pinched a chess piece and asked with their fists, "What are we holding in our hands?"

Gong Yuan smiled and said, "There is nothing." The two of them let go of their hands and saw that there was nothing left. The chess piece went to Gong Yuan's hand. Only then did the two realize that this little childlike innocence is not simple.

Xuanzong then kept Luo Gongyuan and made him ranked below Ye Fashan. At that time, it was cold and everyone sat around the fire. At that time, Jiannan (now western Sichuan) produced a fruit called Rishuizi, which tasted delicious. But because the fruit ripenses every day, it was no longer fresh when it was transported to the capital. Usually, Zhang Guolao and Ye Fashan use Taoism to get it every day, and usually they can get it at noon. Therefore, Xuanzong can still taste fresh fruits.

Strangely, it was not until night that day, and the fruit had not been taken.Zhang Guolao and Ye Fashan were confused and muttered privately: "Did Gongyuan use some magic?" So both of them watched Luo Gongyuan's actions. It turned out that when Luo Gongyuan just sat down, he inserted an iron chopstick into the ashes. At this time, he saw Zhang Guolao and Ye Fashan suspicious, so he smiled and lifted the chopsticks out. After a while, the messenger who went to get the fruit arrived.

Fashan asked him, "Why did you come late today?"

messenger replied, "When you are about to arrive in the capital, there is no way to come. You just rushed over after the fire was extinguished." Everyone was amazed at Luo Gongyuan's magic.

At that time, Yang Guifei had no one to the palace, and Xuanzong favored Wu Huifei . Although Xuanzong advocates Taoism and likes Taoism, Wu Huifei believes in Buddhism. Huifei especially trusts a monk called Vajra Sanzang. Vajra Sanzang is also a strange person, and his magic can be rivaled by Ye Fashan, Luo Gongyuan and others.

Once, Xuanzong went to the Gongde Academy and suddenly his back became itchy. Luo Gongyuan took a bamboo branch and turned it into a seven treasure, tickling the Xuanzong. Xuanzong was very happy and turned to Sanzang and said, "Can the master do this?"

Sanzang said, "Your Majesty uses the art of illusion. I will give Your Majesty a real one!" As he said that, he touched his sleeves and took out a seven treasure, Ruyi, and presented it to Xuanzong.

As soon as Xuanzong took it over, the wish that Luo Gongyuan gave him turned into bamboo branches. After Xuanzong returned to the palace, he told Concubine Hui about this. Concubine Hui was very happy to see that Sanzang beat Luo Gongyuan.

Another time, Xuanzong was going to go to the eastern capital Luoyang. He said to Concubine Hui, "I will go to Luoyang with you, and ask Ye Fashan, Luo Gongyuan and Vajra Sanzang to go together. Then let them fight, let's see the victory or defeat of the Buddhist and Taoist schools. What do you think?" Concubine Hui was very happy and said, "Good idea! I am very willing."

and his group arrived in Luoyang and met Xiulin's tomb Hall. There was a beam about four or five meters long and six or seven feet long on the ground.

Xuanzong said to Ye Fashan: "Can you raise this beam?" After hearing this, Fashan started to do the Dharma. One end of the wood gradually came off the ground, but the other end was always on the ground.

Xuanzong asked, "Why only raise one end?"

Fashan said, "Sanzang let many Vajra gods press on the other end, so they can't lift it."

In fact, Fashan said this on purpose, so that Concubine Wu Hui had some face. At the same time, I also want Sanzang to show off his own abilities first and then beat him by himself.

Sure enough, Concubine Hui said happily, "The Dharma is still vast!" Sanzang was also very happy, only Luo Gongyuan lowered his head and laughed secretly.

Xuanzong was a little dissatisfied. He said to Sanzang: "It seems that the mage has great power, and even Master Ye is not as good as Master Ye. However, I have a bottle here. Can you use spells to make Master Ye enter?"

Sanzang received the order and placed the bottle on the ground. He asked Ye Fashan to sit in front of the bottle and began to recite the spell. Before he could recite the mantra once, Fashan's body reached the mouth of the bottle. After reciting twice, the Dharma good will be completely in the bottle.

Xuanzong was not very happy when he saw it. After a while, Fashan came out, Xuanzong said to Sanzang again, "Can the master let him enter the bottle, and can he let him come out?"

Sanzang replied, "It's a bit difficult to get him in, but it's very easy to get him out. So he recited the mantra again. After reciting it, Fashan came out. Sanzang became anxious and recited it several times in succession, but there was still no movement in the bottle.

Xuanzong asked in surprise: "Is it that Master Ye has no more? "

asked, but his face changed. Seeing this, Concubine Wu Hui was shocked. Sanzang was even more panicked.

Only Luo Gongyuan stood aside and smiled. Xuanzong asked him, "What should I do now? "

Gongyuan smiled and said, "Your Majesty, don't worry, Fashan has not gone far. "

Sanzang recited another spell, but the Dharma was still not revealed. When he was helpless, he heard Gao Lishi telling him outside: "Master Ye is here! "

Xuanzong was shocked and asked, "The bottle is still here, where did he come from? "I hurriedly called Fashan in and asked.

Fashan said: " Ningwang invites me to dinner. I am afraid that when I was practicing, the emperor will not let me go. So I borrowed the opportunity to go to Ningwang's house for a meal. If it weren't for the spell of Master Sanzang, I wouldn't be able to go."

Xuanzong laughed after hearing this. Only then did Concubine Wu Hui and Sanzang feel relieved.

Fashan said: "Master Sanzang has done the Dharma, and now it's time for me to return the tribute." So he took Sanzang's copper bowl Meng, put it in the fire, burned it red inside and outside, and then pinched it in his hand and played around, without feeling hot at all.

Suddenly, he held Bo Meng with both hands and squinted towards Sanzang's bald head, and Sanzang was so scared that he walked away without a word. Xuanzong was so happy that he burst into laughter.

Gongyuan said, "Your Majesty is happy. In fact, this is just the last skill of Taoism. Why should Master Ye use this to show off his power?"

Xuanzong said, "Why don't you do the same thing to make me happy?"

Gongyuan said, "Master Sanzang, how should you do it?"

Sanzang thought for a while and said, "I put away the cassock and you can find a way to take it away. If it is not taken away, you will lose; if it is taken away, I will lose." Xuanzong was very happy after hearing this and watched the two fight with everyone.

Sanzang went to the courtyard to erect an altar, lit incense, and hid the cassock in a silver box. There were several wooden boxes on the outside of the silver box and locked each layer before putting it on altar . Then, Sanzang meditated on the altar. Xuanzong, Wu Huifei Ye Fashan and others saw that there were Sa Guan in the altar, with golden armored gods in the middle, and a few Vajras on the outside, and they kept the altar as solid as a soup. What's more, Sanzang was guarding there himself. It gives people the feeling that Gong Yuan wants to take out the casket, and there is no chance at all.

At this time, the husband sat aside from afar, chatting and laughing freely, without any action. Everyone looked at him, but he seemed to have forgotten about this and didn't care at all. After a while, Xuanzong couldn't help it and asked him, "Sir, I haven't been to get it for so long, can't I get it?"

Gongyuan replied, "I dare not boast about my ability, nor do I know if I can take it out. I just asked Sanzang to open it and take a look." After hearing this, Xuanzong asked Sanzang to open the box and take a look. Sanzang obeyed the order and opened the box layer by layer. He saw many blockades, without moving at all, and was secretly happy in his heart. However, when he opened the last floor, he couldn't help but scream: "Treat!"

It turned out that the robe disappeared, disappeared, and there was nothing in the silver box. Sanzang was so shocked that his face looked like earth, and he couldn't speak for a long time. However, Xuanzong clapped his hands and laughed happily.

Gongyuan said, "Please send someone to the room where I live and take the katsuki in the cabinet."

Xuanzong sent someone to pick it up, and after a while, he took it back. After seeing it, Xuanzong asked Gongyuan, "I just saw the Bodhisattva and Vajra God guarding it layer by layer. How did you take it out?"

Gongyuan replied, "Although Bodhisattva and Vajra also have supernatural powers, their magic power is just medium, and cannot be compared with the Supreme Magical Method of the Supreme Lord of the Supreme Lord. I just asked the Yuqing Goddess to take out the casket clothes, but the Bodhisattva and Vajra did not even see her shadow, so they took it out without any effort."

Xuanzong became happier the more he heard it, and he rewarded Luo Gongyuan. Ye Fashan and Sanzang were also very convinced. Xuanzong wanted to learn invisible art from Luo Gongyuan, but Gongyuan refused to agree to him and said to him: "The emperor is a real person and takes it as his responsibility to protect the country and the people. What's the use of learning these little arts?"

Xuanzong scolded him unhappily, and Gongyuan walked into the pillars of the palace and counted the faults of Xuanzong. Xuanzong became even more angry and asked someone to smash the pillar and take him out. But after the pillar was broken, he walked into another jade artifact. Xuanzong asked people to break jade artifacts, but there was Gongyuan in every piece of broken jade. I don’t know which one is true or which one is false. Xuanzong was worried that Gong Yuan would use magic to deal with him, so he quickly apologized. With his style, Luo Gongyuan immediately stood in front of him.

Xuanzong begged many times again, and Gong Yuan agreed. But he did not fully teach it to Xuanzong. If Xuanzong and him do invisible methods, others will not be able to discover it.However, if the Duke is far away, when Xuanzong tries alone, he always shows some signs, either the belt or the sleeves, and others will always find him. Xuanzong also knew that Gong Yuan had not fully taught him, so he rewarded him with gold and silver many times, hoping to win his happiness. But Gong Yuan still didn't teach him completely.

Xuanzong intimidated him and said, "If you don't teach me completely, I will execute you immediately!" Gong Yuan still refused. Xuanzong was so angry that he ordered to behead him. The swordsman received the order and really pushed him to the execution ground to behead him and executed.

After more than ten days, an official named Fu Xianyu returned to the capital from Shu (now Sichuan) for business. He met Luo Gongyuan halfway.

Gong Yuan smiled and said to him, "The emperor actually wants to behead his head when he is playing games. It makes no sense!" After that, he took out a letter from his sleeve, handed it to Fu Xianyu, and said to him, "Please give this to the emperor." He took out a pack of medicine and asked Fu Xianyu to pass it to the emperor, and said, "If the emperor asks what medicine this is, tell him that it is 'Shu Angelica'." After that, he suddenly disappeared.

Immortal Jade returned to the capital and reported to Xuanzong about his meeting with Luo Gongyuan, and handed over the letter and medicine to Xuanzong. After hearing this, Xuanzong was very surprised and quickly opened the letter and saw that there were only a few half-words written on it. After a closer look, it turned out to be the lower half of the three words "Luo Gongyuan".

Xuanzong was surprised, but saw Luo Gongyuan coming to his front again. Xuanzong couldn't help but ask, "Why did sir write half of the words?" Gong Yuan replied, "Your Majesty has already left my head, so there is no head!" Xuanzong quickly apologized, and Gong Yuan said, "It's not a game, it's nothing." After that, he walked out of the palace and disappeared from now on.

Until the end of Tianbao, An Lushan caused chaos and Xuanzong fled to Shu. Gong Yuan appeared again at Jianmen (now Jiange, Sichuan), escorted Xuanzong to Chengdu, and then left with his clothes. Later, Suzong succeeded to the throne and Xuanzong became the Supreme Emperor. Suzong welcomed him from Shu to the capital Chang'an. Only then did Emperor Xuanzong understand what Luo Gongyuan asked the Fuxianyu to give him "Shu Angelica". "Shu Angelica" and Li Xiazhou's poem both reflect the wonders of Taoism's prediction of the future.
