My name is Cheng Xiaoyang, and I am 48 years old this year. For more than ten years, I have been rushing around the country on the road to finding my younger brother Cheng Xiaoming, and have traveled almost all over the country.

My younger brother and I were born in Group 4, Yuanjie Village, Huizu Town, Miancheng City, Xiantao City, Hubei Province. Our parents are honest farmers and our family conditions are not very good.
When I was 6 years old, my younger brother was born. He has been very smart since childhood and learned to write at the age of three or four. The relationship between our brothers is very good. He is like a little follower and he is inseparable from me every day.
My younger brother has always had good grades when he was in school. But he is not very cheerful in terms of personality, he is a relatively introverted and shy child.

Chen Gang was not at home, so his father paid back the money he owed. As for where my brother went later, he knew nothing.

Then I took out all his past things to dry, because I firmly believe that my brother will definitely come back one day. During the search process, I found some letters and I was very curious.
So carefully observed the envelope and found that it was a correspondence between his younger brother and a girl. Many of them were sent by the girl after my brother disappeared. I arranged all the letters in chronological order. After careful reading, I found that my brother's disappearance might also be related to this girl.
From the letter I learned that in July 2000, my younger brother met several colleagues in an internship in a hospital, one of whom was the girl. The girl was very outstanding and naturally attracted her younger brother. But my younger brother has always been an introverted and shy person, but he just likes him silently without expressing himself very clearly.
The girl is quite outgoing and many boys pursue her. My younger brother is excellent in all aspects, and the girl often chats with him. The man asked me to treat him to dinner and drink again, and even borrowed money from me. I think this person is unreliable and cannot believe what he says. So I came back without continuing to search.
In the next two years, people often called me, but most of them were liars. I remember a Northeastern man called and said, "Your brother is here. I have seen someone send you a photo similar to it. Didn't you say that you offer a reward? I'll provide you with clues, how much do you give me?"

But there are people on the Internet who really help me. At the beginning of this year, a fellow Gansu villager provided me with an important clue, saying that there was a private hospital director who looked a bit like my younger brother. I was very excited and wondered if my brother had made a comeback in more than ten years and became the director of the hospital? Let the Gansu fellow villager take a photo and send it over to take a look. My fellow villager was very enthusiastic, and later took a photo and sent it to me to identify it. Unfortunately, that person is not my brother, it's just a bit similar.

In May 2020, I suddenly received a special call, which was called by my younger brother’s classmate Chen Gang. He first asked my brother if he had found it, and I said no. He also said that my brother disappeared from his house, and he felt very uncomfortable. Then he said that he seemed to ow my brother the money, why don’t he pay it back to us!
When I heard this, I was very confused and thought to myself that didn’t Chen Gang’s father have already returned the money to us back then? Why is Chen Gang still feeling guilty for owing my brother’s money?
